Abstract: A gateway-switching method includes: a control plane network element receives a switch request message; when determining, according to the switch request message, whether gateway switching is desired by user equipment (UE), the control plane network element allocates to the UE a UE Internet Protocol (IP) address corresponding to a target distributed gateway; the control plane network element sends to the target distributed gateway the UE IP address; and the control plane network element sends to a target base station the UE IP address, wherein the UE IP address is used by the target base station for sending data to the UE. Abstract: A control method for data transmission and a terminal are provided. The control method for data transmission includes: determining, when a terminal has established a user-plane bearer link with a network and before transmitting data to be transmitted, whether or not a destination address of the data to be transmitted is recorded in a pre-created address whitelist; acquiring, if the destination address of the data to be transmitted is not recorded in the address whitelist, an application identifier corresponding to the data to be transmitted, and conducting access control decision based on the application identifier to obtain a decision result; and transmitting, when the decision result indicates that transmission of the data to be transmitted is permitted, the data to be transmitted through the user-plane bearer link.

Abstract: A method for configuring a frame structure, a network side device and a terminal are provided. A relevant frame structure is modified so that uplink and downlink transmission resources are flexibly adjusted, so as to be adapted to requirements of uplink and downlink services and not be limited to a certain type or certain types of fixed uplink and downlink configurations and GP configurations. The method includes determining a first periodicity and first indication information, wherein the first periodicity is a frame periodicity configured for a carrier or a periodicity in which a uplink transmission appears; the first indication information is used to indicate whether a time-domain transmission resource available for the uplink transmission exists in the first periodicity or not; and, if the time-domain transmission resource exists, indicate a position of the time-domain transmission resource.

Abstract: A method for transmitting information, a method for receiving information, a PDCP entity, and a computer storage medium are provided. The method includes: determining, by a Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) entity, an information transmitting order of at least one Radio Link Protocol (RLC) entity managed by the PDCP entity, and determining, based on the information transmitting order, a reordering sequence number corresponding to each of the at least one RLC entity; determining a Protocol Data Unit (PDU) to be transmitted by each of the at least one RLC entity, and adding the reordering sequence number to the PDU; and mapping the PDU to a corresponding RLC entity.
