Abstract: There are disclosed an international roaming method, a roaming processing device and a communication system for international roaming of an international roaming subscriber of a first operator in a third operator network. When the international roaming subscriber of the first operator provided with a first operator IMSI and a second operator IMSI roams in the third operator network, the roaming processing device of a second operator modifies a first signaling message from a first operator network and carrying the first operator IMSI to a second signaling message carrying the second operator IMSI and transmits the second signaling message to the third operator network, and modifies a third signaling message from the third operator network and carrying the second operator IMSI to a fourth signaling message carrying the first operator IMSI and transmits the fourth signaling message to the first operator network. There is also disclosed a gateway device.

Abstract: A load balancing method and device are provided by the present invention. The method includes that: for each base station, determining the number of shared mobile hosts shared by the base station with each neighbor base station of the base station and the number of fixed mobile hosts covered only by the base station; ranking all of base stations in an ascending order of the number of fixed mobile hosts; and balancing the number of fixed mobile hosts of each base station by applying a greedy algorithm on the ranked base stations. With the present invention, the load can be efficiently balanced by exploiting the global knowledge.

Abstract: The invention relates to a data erasable method of memory in smart cards and smart cards thereof, which includes: when a CPU in the smart card determines a data erasable operation will be proceed in the specified memory of the smart card, cache the data to be written in a random memory cache of the specified memory; after sending a data erasable signal to the specified memory, control itself to enter a standby sleep mode. The data erasable signal is used to indicate the specified memory to process the data erasable operation by obtaining the data to be written from the random memory cache. Using the provided solution, the current of the machine card interface can be reduced when a data erasable is proceed in the specified memory of the smart card, thus abnormal conditions due to the high current of the machine card interface are avoided, and the power consumption is reduced at the same time, the standby time of the device which the smart card is in is improved.

The method comprises: determining a next device for accessing a channel according to a predefined rule; when the next device for accessing the channel is a traditionally active status device, scheduling the traditional active status device to occupy the channel once the channel is free; when the next device for accessing the channel is a newly active status device, determining a next traditionally active device for accessing the channel according to the predefined rule, and scheduling all newly active status devices and the next traditionally active status device to contend for accessing the channel once the channel is free.

Abstract: A method for user uplink data scheduling and an user equipment are applied in multi-period mode semi-persistent scheduling under 3GPP Long Term Evolution TDD configuration 2, the method includes setting the different offsets delta of periods for multi-period mode semi-persistent scheduling started by each uplink sub-frame in 10 ms radio frame, determining the periods of multi-period mode semi-persistent scheduling started by each uplink sub-frame in 10 ms radio frame according to the set delta, and scheduling the uplink new conveyed package data of user according to the periods of multi-period mode semi-persistent scheduling started by each uplink sub-frame in 10 ms radio frame. The method and user equipment can be used to increase the utilization ratio of resource, and are simple and easy to use.

The device description framework information updating method improves the validity of DMS's management over the terminal device. The updating method includes: receiving an updating inform about the device description framework information from a terminal device; acquiring the update of the device description framework information based on the updating inform; and updating the device description framework information of the terminal device stored locally based on the acquired device description framework information.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a data storage system in a communication network, which enables distributed storage of data. The system includes front end nodes, storage nodes, super nodes and management nodes. The operation units are located in the front end nodes, the super nodes or the storage nodes and each adapted to operate a first data GUID by a preset fixed offset to derive a second data GUID, to determine, from loop link information obtained from the management node and the second data GUID, a super node with a node identifier closest to the second data GUID, and to forward a service request carrying the second data GUID and a backup flag to the determined super node. The invention further discloses a data information processing method using the system.

They are applied in Time Division Duplex TDD system and Half Duplex-Frequency Division Duplex HD-FDD system when Discontinuous Reception DRX operation is adopted. The method includes the following steps: determining the location of the downlink subframe where the start point of monitoring Physical Downlink Control Channel PDCCH in DRX cycle is located; determining whether the transmission resource used for transmitting the Channel Quality Indicator CQI is an uplink subframe previous to the determined location or one or more uplink subframes after the determined location. Availability of the CQI information when performing downlink schedule is guaranteed, and the transmission resource used for transmitting CQI can be effectively saved.

Abstract: A number automatic routing method, an updating method, a withdrawing method, a router and a device is provided wherein the number automatic routing method includes: converting to-be-distributed number into number routing information to add to dynamic routing protocol; generating a dynamic routing protocol message according to the number routing information; transmitting the dynamic routing protocol message through an Internet Protocol (IP) network and distributing the number through the dynamic routing protocol message and the IP network. The method supports automatic routing of numbers such as E.164 and E.214 and SP through expanding current Multi-Protocol Border Gateway Protocol (MP-BGP) that optimizes network structure and improves efficiency.
