When the international roaming subscriber of the first operator provided with a first operator IMSI and a second operator IMSI roams in the third operator network, the roaming processing device of a second operator modifies a first signaling message from a first operator network and carrying the first operator IMSI to a second signaling message carrying the second operator IMSI and transmits the second signaling message to the third operator network, and modifies a third signaling message from the third operator network and carrying the second operator IMSI to a fourth signaling message carrying the first operator IMSI and transmits the fourth signaling message to the first operator network. There is also disclosed a gateway device.

    Abstract: A load balancing method and device are provided by the present invention. The method includes that: for each base station, determining the number of shared mobile hosts shared by the base station with each neighbor base station of the base station and the number of fixed mobile hosts covered only by the base station; ranking all of base stations in an ascending order of the number of fixed mobile hosts; and balancing the number of fixed mobile hosts of each base station by applying a greedy algorithm on the ranked base stations. With the present invention, the load can be efficiently balanced by exploiting the global knowledge.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a data erasable method of memory in smart cards and smart cards thereof, which includes: when a CPU in the smart card determines a data erasable operation will be proceed in the specified memory of the smart card, cache the data to be written in a random memory cache of the specified memory; after sending a data erasable signal to the specified memory, control itself to enter a standby sleep mode. The data erasable signal is used to indicate the specified memory to process the data erasable operation by obtaining the data to be written from the random memory cache. Using the provided solution, the current of the machine card interface can be reduced when a data erasable is proceed in the specified memory of the smart card, thus abnormal conditions due to the high current of the machine card interface are avoided, and the power consumption is reduced at the same time, the standby time of the device which the smart card is in is improved.
