The method comprises: a UE determining, according to signaling sent by a base station, a time-domain position for reporting ACK/NACK corresponding to PDSCH transmission; and the UE reporting, at the time-domain position for reporting ACK/NACK, M pieces of ACKs/NACK which satisfy a definition condition and corresponding to the PDSCH transmissions, where M is an integer greater than 0.
