Abstract: An exercise device can include a handle having a handle axis and a handle weight. A head can be removably coupled to a distal end of the handle with a single fastener adjacent a proximal end of the head. The head can have a head weight and can be axe-shaped. A distal end of the head can be blunt. A portion of each of the proximal and distal ends can be planar.
