Abstract: A hat with a solar system comprises: a body, a power supply device, a lighting device, and a solar panel, wherein the power supply device is disposed on the body and has a control unit and a battery, the control unit has a charging circuit and at least one external charging connector that is electrically connected to an electronic device, the battery is able to charge the electronic device; the lighting device has a switch and at least one LED lighter and is electrically connected to the battery of the power supply device and turns on or shuts down the LED lighter; and the solar panel is electrically connected to the battery and transforms absorbed light into electric power, which is stored in the battery. Therefore, the present invention continuously provides power, lighting and safety reminder while the present invention is being applied in an outdoors.

Abstract: A hat is provided with a crown; a bill including a front recess; a lamp assembly including a hollow seat releasably secured to the recess, the seat including two side wings each having a through hole, two gears each around a portion of the hole, two guide grooves each on an outer surface of the wing, and two rear projections at both ends respectively wherein the guide grooves are slidably secured onto both sides of the recess and the projections are fitted in both ends of the cavity respectively; a mounting unit in the seat and including a receptacle and two hollow cylinders extending laterally to dispose in the holes respectively, each cylinder having an outer protrusion in gear engagement with the gear; and a lamp unit releasably secured to the mounting unit and including light emitting members; and a power supply electrically connected to the light emitting members.

Abstract: A solar table lamp and solar flashlight combination includes a pivotal parallelepiped electricity generation and storage assembly including two solar cell panels mounted thereon, an internal circuit board, and a rechargeable battery. Electricity generated by the solar cell panels is supplied to the rechargeable battery for charging via the circuit board, and the circuit board can control on or off of the charging of the rechargeable battery. A pivotal parallelepiped illumination assembly includes a light source mounted on a front end, and a switch mounted thereon. Two links each include a first pivot pivotably connected to a midpoint of either side of the illumination assembly and a second pivot pivotably connected to a rear end of either side of the electricity generation and storage assembly.

Abstract: A device for manufacturing a seamless hat includes an assembling cutting device and a layer connecting device. The assembling cutting device includes an ultrasonic metal wheel, an ultrasonic metal platform, a feeding rubber wheel, and a feeding metal wheel. The ultrasonic metal wheel and the feeding rubber wheel are concentric and close to each other. The metal wheel is disposed at the bottom of the feeding rubber wheel. The ultrasonic metal platform is disposed at the bottom of the ultrasonic metal wheel. A top end of a tapered peripheral surface of the ultrasonic metal wheel has a sharp edge and a platform portion, which is disposed at a side away from the rubber wheel. Accordingly, the seam allowance cut pieces of the hat may not be initially connected to the edge of the hat. The assembling cutting device simultaneously proceeds the ultrasonic connection of the seam allowance cut pieces and the residue of the cloth is cut in order that the connection is uniform and to get more efficient.

Abstract: An illuminated cap in one embodiment includes a crown having a visor and a nonrigid arc member around a bottom edge of an inner surface of the crown. A light source assembly includes a circuit board, light emitting members connected to the circuit board, a switch connected to the circuit board, and at least one cell on the circuit board. A transparent member on a rear strap of the crown has a groove, with the light emitting members mounted therein. The transparent member is lit when the light emitting members are activated. A translucent member on an outer surface of the transparent member includes openings arranged as a predetermined shape. Emitted light is adapted to pass through the transparent member and to further pass through the openings to show the predetermined shape as a warning to rear incoming vehicles in the night.

Abstract: An illuminated cap includes a crown having a visor, with a folding member on an inner surface of the crown proximate an ear portion thereof. A light source assembly includes a circuit board, two light emitting members connected to the circuit board, a switch on the circuit board, and at least one cell mounted on the circuit board. A receiving assembly, with the circuit board mounted therein, is fastened on the crown by the folding member which is adapted to separate the head of a wearer from the receiving assembly. A flexible optical fiber strand is disposed on the visor and/or along at least one stitch of the crown and has both ends electrically connected to the light emitting members respectively. The light emitting members (e.g., LEDs) are adapted to light or flash for warning surrounding persons or vehicles.
