    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for protecting aluminum nitride from moisture. At first, a mixing apparatus is provided. Aluminum nitride powder, calcium silicate, dodecylamine, a binding agent and an anhydrous solvent are mixed with one another by the mixing apparatus. The mixture is made into grains in a granulating process. The hydrophilism, thermal stability and thermal conductivity of the dodecylamine are used to make the grains moisture-proof and not vulnerable to deterioration. Thus, the stability of the aluminum nitride is improved.

Then, a wave-absorbing sheet is provided by eroding and removing the conductive substrates. Finally, the wave-absorbing sheet is washed and dried. The wave-absorbing sheet is thin, light and flexible, and exhibits a wide absorption frequency band and a high absorption rate.

    Abstract: Phase change material microcapsules are obtained using a PMMA prepolymer and an organic-solvent free synthesis process. A polymer monomer and an initiator are subject to pre-polymerization in a water bath to form Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) prepolymer which is then prepared to be a stabilizer aqueous solution. A phase change material is added to the stabilizer aqueous solution and liquefied in advance, and stirred to form an emulsion by a homogenizing mixer. A starting agent, a cross-linking agent and a Polymethyl methacrylate methyl ester prepolymer are added to the emulsion containing the phase-change material. The emulsion is further stirred by the homogenizing mixer for micro-emulsification which then aggregates in water bath.
