The first and second secondary conductors magnetically couple to the primary conductor. The one or more switch has two sides connected to the first or second secondary conductor, respectively. The first and second secondary conductors are formed a single-loop structure with two or more changeable current paths which are operated by the states of the one or more switch. An integrated circuit using the variable inductor is also introduced.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for improving adhesion between ceramic and a thick film circuit. The method is particularly directed to accelerate the formation of a ceramic-metal eutectic phase between the ceramic carrier and the metal circuit by solid-phase diffusion bonding under a positive atmosphere. A metallic conductive slurry or its oxide slurry is printed on the surface of the ceramic carrier to form a circuit pattern by a thick film screen printing. The ceramic carrier is placed in an oven with temperature controlled by a program under a positive-pressure atmosphere of an inert gas including nitrogen, hydrogen or their mixtures. An eutectic phase is formed between the ceramic carrier and the metal circuit under a high temperature eutectic condition to increase the adhesion between the ceramic carrier and the thick film circuit.

The beamforming circuit is used for receiving a plurality of location signals, a plurality of phase control signals, and transferring a plurality of output signals, wherein the beamforming circuit receives the location signal and accordingly generates the corresponding control signal, and controls the corresponding antenna unit of the array antenna module, so as to enable the antenna unit to move to a position corresponding to a phase and to transfer the plurality of output signals, thereby achieving communication signal enhancement.

The combustion device is disposed in the stove and includes at least one burner and an infrared ray generation assembly. The thermometer is disposed in the cavity to detect a temperature inside of the cavity. The flow rate regulation device communicates with the at least one burner and is controlled to adjust a gas flow output to the at least one burner. The control device controls the output gas flow via the flow rate regulation device based on a setting temperature and the temperature detected by the thermometer so as to keep the temperature in the cavity at a constant temperature whereby it is conducive to obtaining a good heating efficiency and a constant-temperature heating.

An electroplating method for forming a copper-silver dual-component metal by using such an electroplating solution, the steps of which includes (a) contacting the copper-silver dual-component metal electroplating solution with a substrate; (b) applying an operating voltage, the current density of which is controlled to be between 0.1 and 2 ASD in order to carry out electroplating on the substrate. Therefore, the electroplating solution has environmental characteristics, such as less poisoning hazards, through the design of methanesulfonic acid and methanesulfonate electroplating solution. Also, the potential and the current are adjusted during the electroplating in order to obtain a copper-silver dual-component metal plating layer with a specific silver content.
