    Abstract: A method of manufacturing an array substrate includes the following steps. A substrate having a thin film transistor disposed thereon is provided. The thin film transistor includes a gate electrode, a gate insulating layer, a source electrode, and a drain electrode. An organic material layer is formed to cover the substrate and the thin film transistor. A via hole is formed in the organic material layer to expose the drain electrode. A first inorganic material layer is formed to cover at least a sidewall of the via hole and a part of the organic material layer, and the first inorganic material layer exposes at least the drain electrode. A patterned transparent pixel electrode layer is formed on the first inorganic material layer, wherein the patterned transparent pixel electrode layer contacts the drain electrode through the via hole.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a bonding structure of circuit substrates for instant circuit inspecting. The connecting wire design of the bonding structure has an instant inspection ability of circuit connection in bonding two circuit substrates. In two bonded circuit substrates, the signal inputted at the circuit part passes the conductive particles to the first connecting wire, and then passes the conductive particles again to the detecting part from the first connecting wire. Therefore, measuring the output signal can inspect the reliability of the circuit connection of the bonded circuit substrates. If the output signal is the same as the input signal, the bonding structure between the first connecting wire and the circuit part is validated, or, if not, the bonding structure is invalidated.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of asymmetric bumps is provided. First, a substrate is provided. A film layer is then formed on the substrate. Next, a complex photomask including at least one transparent region, a number of opaque regions, and a number of semi-transparent regions is provided. Each of the semi-transparent regions is disposed between two adjacent opaque regions, and at least one light-shielding pattern is randomly disposed in each of the semi-transparent regions. The film layer is then patterned with use of the complex photomask, and multiple asymmetric bumps are formed on the substrate. By using the complex photomask, manufacturing steps of the asymmetric bumps can be reduced. Besides, a manufacturing method of a pixel structure having the above-mentioned asymmetric bumps is also provided.
