    Abstract: A transparent display apparatus and a method for driving a transparent display panel thereof are provided. The transparent display apparatus includes a first and second transparent display panels, an image processor and a display driver. The image processor receives an image signal having display data, a transparency control signal having transparent values, a first and second transparent parameters. The image processor calculates according to the image signal, the transparency control signal, the first and second transparent parameters to provide a first display signal having first gray data and a second display signal respectively having second gray data. The display driver drives the first and second transparent display panels according to the first and second gray data, so as to display a display image having all gradations between a black state, a white state and a transparent state through the coincided first and second transparent display panels.

    Abstract: A capacitive fingerprint sensor and a sensing panel are provided. The capacitive fingerprinting sensor includes a sensing circuit, a level switch, an output switch. The sensing circuit has a first capacitor providing a sensing voltage according to a first sensing driving signal. A control terminal of the level switch is coupled to the sensing circuit to receive the sensing voltage, a first terminal thereof receives a high voltage level, and a second terminal thereof provides a sensing determination signal. A control terminal of the output switch receives a second sensing driving signal, a first terminal thereof is coupled to the second terminal of the level switch to receive the sensing determination signal, and a second terminal thereof is coupled to a data line. The sensing determination signal is provided through the level switch to avoid a parasitic capacitance on a trace influencing a voltage level of the sensing determination signal.

The peripheral portion of the source is oxidized to form an oxide layer, wherein the oxide layer covers the source and a portion of the patterned semiconductor layer. A protective layer and hydrogen ions are formed, wherein the protective layer covers the oxide layer and the patterned semiconductor layer. The patterned semiconductor layer not covered by the oxide layer is doped with the hydrogen ions to form a drain. A TFT is also provided.

    Abstract: A gate driving circuit is provided. The gate driving circuit includes multistage driving modules, where an Nth stage driving module includes a setting circuit, a first driving circuit, an isolating switch circuit, a second driving circuit and an anti-noise circuit. The setting circuit generates a first precharge signal according to a gate driving signal of an (N?2)th scan line or a start signal. The isolating switch circuit coupled between the first driving circuit and the second driving circuit provides a second precharge signal, so as to effectively avoid a flickering problem of a display image caused by a surge of the gate driving signal due to a coupling effect of a parasitic capacitance of the transistor and a bootstrap capacitor, and meanwhile the bootstrap capacitor is not used, so as to effectively reduce a bezel area.
