Abstract: A lamp system used in a light string system comprises a light assembly and a socket assembly. The light assembly comprises a light source, a base in communication with the light source, and a bypass activating system. The socket assembly comprises a socket adapted to receive the light assembly and a bypass mechanism having a first position and a second position. The bypass mechanism is in the first position when the light assembly is not seated in the socket assembly. When the bypass mechanism in the first position, current flows across the bypass mechanism. When the light assembly is inserted into the socket assembly, the bypass activating system of the light assembly moves the bypass mechanism into the second position, and current flows through the light source instead of the bypass mechanism.

Abstract: The present invention is directed towards devices combining swimming pool skimmers, pumps, and removable, disposable filters into integral, sidewall-mounted systems for above-ground pools and other above-ground liquid containment enclosures, and methods for the use of such systems to remove both larger floating debris and smaller particulate matter to maintain water clarity and hygienic safety within such pools or like liquid containment enclosures. Specifically, the present invention is a ring-type above-ground pool comprising a base, a sidewall, and at least a portion of a cleaning system solely supported by the sidewall and mounted at a non-vertical angle such that it is substantially parallel to the sidewall.

Abstract: A twinkle light bulb set with improved safety mechanism is provided. The twinkle light bulb set includes a plurality of twinkle light bulb apparatuses and steady burning light bulb apparatuses. Each twinkle light bulb apparatus includes a twinkle light bulb socket and a twinkle light socket holder, the twinkle light bulb socket being removably retained in and electrically coupled with the twinkle light bulb socket holder. Each steady burning light bulb apparatus includes a steady burning light bulb socket and a steady burning light socket holder, the steady burning light bulb socket being removably retained in and electrically coupled with the steady burning light bulb socket holder. The twinkle light bulb socket can be replaced by either a replacement twinkle light bulb socket or a replacement steady burning light bulb socket, and the steady burning light bulb socket can only be replaced by a replacement steady burning light bulb socket and cannot be replaced by a replacement twinkle light bulb socket.

Abstract: A pull up artificial tree system is adapted to change from a collapsed storage state to an expanded operable state. The pull up tree system includes a base system, a trunk, and a first tree assembly. The first tree assembly includes a top portion; a plurality of frame assemblies comprising a collar, a plurality of outwardly extending support braces, a perimeter, and branch assemblies; and a connection assembly. The collars are slidably disposed upon the trunk, such that they can be pulled upwardly. The pull up tree system can support a regularly arranged artificial tree and/or an inverted tree. In addition, the pull up tree system can be stored in a shell that is slidably disposable within a storage container.

Abstract: A cleaning system container includes a base, a side wall, a viewing portion in communication with the side wall, and a cleaning system. The viewing portion is a porthole of the side wall, which provides a window-like mechanism permitting one to see into the cleaning system container through the side wall. The cleaning system container defines a hollow cavity and is capable of holding a fluid, which can receive the cleaning system. The cleaning system container can include a filter assembly and/or a skimmer assembly. By positioning the portholes in desired locations, the amount of waste captured by the filter assembly can be ascertained without the need of opening the cleaning system container, prompting swimming pool owners to change the filter cartridges more frequently, which can improve its overall performance.

Abstract: The light emitting diode (LED) light string system includes a plurality of lamp systems. Each lamp system includes a single LED, a base, and a globe to cover the LED. The LED light string system appears similar to the conventional incandescent light string system, but instead illuminates via LEDs. Each LED is covered by the globe similar to those available in incandescent systems, which provides refraction of the illuminated LED to produce an LED light string that has the look of a conventional incandescent light string.

The sections include a stand, a trunk segment, at least one tree body, and a tree top. Through the complementary relationships of the receiving and associating mechanisms, the tree can be arranged to provide a triangular appearance with its apex at the top or its apex near the bottom. In order to provide for this inversion, the tree top is equipped to connect with the trunk segment or with a tree body segment.

The tree stand includes feet that are adapted to provide improved stability, and enable both temporary and permanent use of the tree stand.
