Patents Assigned to Circuit Line S.p.A.
  • Patent number: 5889407
Abstract: A press assembly for electrically testing at least one side of a printed circuit board has an upper part and a lower part, a constant gauge grid with spring contacts, an exchangeable lower adapter having a plurality of needles, each of which is engageable with a corresponding one of the spring contacts of the constant gauge grid. The circuit board to be tested is supportable on the lower adapter and a lower insulating sheet is disposed between the adapter and the grid. The insulating sheet is provided with a plurality of holes for the passage of the plurality of needles, and has a thickness which is coordinated to the height of the lower adapter and the length of the plurality of needles.

  • Patent number: 5614819
Abstract: A machine and relative press assembly for electrically testing a printed circuit board, including a frame (1) supporting a press with parallel planes, said press having a printed circuit loading area (3), a test area (4) and a parking area (5) for the upper head of the press, as well as a mechanism for moving said head (100) from the test area (4) to the parking area (5) and vice versa, to allow manual loading of the circuits to be tested directly in the test area (4) and a mechanism for moving the circuit boards from the loading area (3) to the test area (4) and vice versa, in the case of automatic or semi-automatic loading, thus creating two distinct work sections that can be used selectively by a single operator.

  • Patent number: 5523698
Abstract: A system for marking printed circuit boards (4), that can be applied to machines (1) for electrically testing printed circuit boards, in which the circuit to be tested is positioned in the test area of the machine, where a constant-pitch grid, or pin bed is provided, with an adapter (6) interposed between said pin bed and the printed circuit board (4), the marking system comprising at least one marking element (20) located in the adapter (6) and including a pad (21) that is moved linearly by means of an electric actuator (27, 26, 25), on a command given by the testing machine itself, through a pair of points in the pin bed.
