    Abstract: The present invention embraces a fruit pulp extraction process that avoids the concentration or freezing of the pulp, together with the packaging method that allows the processor to offer fresh and natural tasting fruit pulps to be consumed at any moment by only adding water and thus obtaining instantly a naturally fresh tasting fruit juice. The invention also includes the product obtained through this process-packaging combination.
