Abstract: The present invention provides a picture-showing facility, including a plurality of special effect devices, motion seat assemblies, and a control unit capable of controlling the special effect devices and the motion seat assemblies. The special effect devices include a fog generation device and a fan, and further include at least one selected from a group consisting of a bubble generation device, a laser generation device, a strobe generation device, and a scent generation device. Further, the present invention provides a method of showing a picture in the picture-showing facility. Accordingly, the present invention can provide a picture-showing facility equipped with special effect devices, which can maximize the audience's bodily sensation without interfering with the immersion of the audience in pictures, and provide motion seat assemblies enabling motions capable of reducing a motional burden placed on feeble persons.
