Abstract: A pistol for dispensing a watering liquid to plants and the like has a crenellated pistol grip portion, the crenellations whereof are a latching member for a swinging pawl which is actuated by a handle, an upper projecting portion of said handle having also toothed members and a resilient nature so as to engage corresponding latching portions of a shutter stem adapted to throttle the water jet emerging from said pistol and straighten it.
Abstract: The female element includes male-element locking teeth and locking-teeth thrusting means formed as single body of a resiliently flexible material, with which there cooperates a retaining ring which is able to cause movement of the teeth to a releasing position.

Abstract: A lawn sprinkler is disclosed of the kind in which a tubular perforated rocking member dispenses irrigation water, the improvement consisting in that the mechanisms which impart to the tubular perforated member the rocking motion are enclosed in a sealed box the lid of which is conveniently removable, the gears and other component parts of the rocking mechanism being so arranged as to be capable of being individually removed and reassembled, each component part being univocally positioned. Thus maintenance, cleaning and replacement of the component parts of the rocking mechanism becomes both an easy and convenient operation.
Abstract: For overcoming the dead centers of the motion of an oscillable sprinkler of the kind used for watering "greens", gardens and the like, in which the swing of the sprinkling arm is determined by the water itself, an oval cam mechanism is provided which can also limitedly adjusted as to its angular phase. A more uniform watering density can be obtained the whole watered plot throughout.
Abstract: A joint for tubular structural elements, particularly for the jointing of the structural elements of hose carriages, is disclosed, in which two identical prismatic bodies are matchable with each other in two upturned mutual positions. Each body having a blind-hole seat for receiving the end of one tubular element and a central through-half-seat at the matching surface for receiving a half of another tubular element. The axes of the blind-hole seat and of the half-seat of each body form orthogonal skew lines. Fixing means for clamping the two matching bodies traverse the tubular elements inserted in the seats.
