Abstract: A speaker apparatus in which a speaker unit having a vibrating plate thereon is housed in a cabinet, an opening defined by the cabinet for radiating a sound generated at a front surface of the vibrating plate of the speaker unit is formed, and a shield plate over a predetermined part of the opening is provided for shielding the sound of a high frequency region in which peaks and/or dips are included due to the sound reflections in the cabinet.

Abstract: A mobile citizen band transceiver (hereinafter referred to as CB transceiver) control unit with an audio frequency apparatus includes a radio receiver, an instrument panel at which the radio receiver is installed in an in-dash mounting, a channel selecting knob for the CB transceiver, a channel indicating member, and a CB transceiver unit including electrical circuits for receiving or transmitting CB signals, except at least the channel selecting knob and the channel indicating member, and a connection cable for connecting the channel selecting knob and channel indicating member to the CB transceiver unit. The channel selecting knob and the channel indicating member are built into the radio receiver, or alternatively located adjacent to the radio receiver. The transceiver unit is installed at any desired location other than the instrument panel.

Abstract: In a cartridge type magnetic type recorder of the type wherein an operating frame and a cartridge receiving frame are pivotally interconnected, the receiving frame is moved to the reproducing position in a direction perpendicular to the direction of loading of the cartridge so as to couple the cartridge with a driving motor and reproducing or recording head, there are provided a pin for one side of the operating frame, a cartridge ejecting lever having a cam, and a sliding frame having a cam slot. The pin cooperates with the cam and cam slot for ejecting the cartridge.
