Abstract: A battery cell balancing control system and a battery management method thereof are disclosed. The battery cell balancing control system is used for managing a battery apparatus, wherein the battery apparatus has a plurality of battery cells. The battery cell balancing control system comprises a detection module, a battery management module, and an adjusting module. The detection module is used for executing a battery checking procedure on the plurality of battery cells to generate a detection result. The battery management module is used for determining whether the plurality of battery cells has a controlled cell according to the detection result. If the controlled cell has not been found among the plurality of battery cells, the battery management module controls the adjusting module to execute a battery cell balancing procedure until the controlled cell is found.

Abstract: A system for securing photovoltaic panel modules to a support structure includes a first elongate member securable to the support structure. The first elongate member includes a plurality of first mounting sites positionally fixed thereon. A second elongate member is securable to the support structure. The second elongate member includes a plurality of second mounting sites positionally fixed thereon. The second elongate member is spaced from the first elongate member and aligned therewith in a generally parallel orientation. The position of the first and second elongate members is adjustable to align the first and second fixed mounting sites in a predetermined configuration. When the first and second elongate members are aligned in the predetermined configuration, the plurality of first mounting sites and second mounting sites are brought into alignment with each other to permit mounting of a plurality of panel modules to the first and second elongate members.
Abstract: Substantially pure high pressure steam is produced within a high pressure heat exchanger. Heat for the high pressure heat exchanger is provided from an outlet of an oxy-fuel combustion gas generator which discharges a steam/CO2 mixture at high pressure and temperature. The gas generator combusts oxygen and hydrocarbon fuel and mixes with water which can include contaminates therein in the form of dissolved solids or hydrocarbons. A separator is typically provided downstream of the gas generator and upstream of the heat exchanger and the steam/CO2 mixture is discharged from the gas generator at saturation temperature. A water fraction of the steam/CO2 mixture is discharged from the separator along with dissolved solids in concentrated brine form. The water heated into steam by the heat exchanger can be at least partially water separated within a condenser downstream of the heat exchanger.

Abstract: A system and a method for electricity management are disclosed. The system includes a data management unit, a cabinet, a control unit, an uninterruptible power supply apparatus and a power switch. The cabinet is powered by an external power supply. When the data management unit sends a testing instruction to the cabinet, the control unit controls the power switch to shut down the external power supply such that the cabinet is powered by the uninterruptible power supply apparatus instead. The control unit measures a set of battery parameters of the uninterruptible power supply apparatus, computes a power supply capacity of the uninterruptible power supply apparatus according to the set of battery parameters, and returns the power supply capacity to the data management unit.
