Abstract: A dual-disk check valve is disclosed. The dual-disk check valve comprises a housing having at least two inlet ports and an outlet port, at least two adapters securely affixed to both inlet ports, and a valve assembly, which is respectively disposed at each inlet port. The valve assembly at the inlet ports is configured to operate within the housing according to the fluid flow. The valve assembly comprises a disc provided with a spring, which is securely disposed against the respective two inlet ports using seat rings and washers. The disc at one inlet port is adapted for movement between an open position and a closed position, thereby preventing the fluid flow via the inlet port to the outlet port when another inlet port is opened for allowing fluid flow through it. The one inlet port is configured to automatically close when the fluid flows from another inlet port.

  • Publication number: 20210353799
Abstract: An ultraviolet (UV) disinfector is disclosed. The UV disinfector is configured to automatically deliver an effective dose of ultraviolet radiation for antibacterial and antiviral treatment of various surfaces. The UV disinfector could be operated in different operating modes based on the surface disinfection. The UV disinfector comprises a controller having a processor and a memory in communication with the processor, wherein the memory is configured to store a set of instructions, which are executed by the processor. The UV disinfector further comprises an UV light-emitting diode (LED) array, which is securely affixed to a base section of the housing. The UV LED array in communication with the controller is configured to provide a disinfecting illumination with an ultraviolet light to the exterior surface. A plurality of sensors in communication of the controller is configured to send signals to the controller, thereby controlling the operation of the UV disinfector.

  • Publication number: 20210304112
Abstract: A computer implemented system and method for providing cleaning and disinfecting services. A user interface provided on a client device by a computer system is configured to enable a customer and a specialist to input service parameters indicative of the cleaning service. A preliminary proposal is sent to a customer on receipt of request for cleaning service. The computer system acquires information on current location and availability of specialists within a certain perimeter around the customer's place where the cleaning service is required to be provided. A specialist is then selected and notified about the cleaning service job. Payment parameters are determined based on actual service rendered corresponding to updated service parameters upon completion of the cleaning service. The specialist is tracked on real-time basis all the time to determine the time spent on the job. Transactions are completed automatically and feedback options are provided on completion of the transactions.

  • Publication number: 20210254617
Abstract: The lightweight triplex plunger pump provides high pressure and flow output in a compact unit size. The lightweight triplex plunger pump can be used in a number of machines where there is a need for high pressure/high flow ultra-portable device. The lightweight triplex plunger pump of the present invention is mostly comprised of a crank casing having a crankshaft and a plunger assembly which are enclosed within the crank casing; as well as a pump head or a fluid chamber for handling the fluid. The pump head further includes a suction manifold connected with the fluid reservoir through an inlet; a discharge manifold that pumps out the pressurized fluid through outlet; and a pump chamber for compressing the pump using the reciprocating movement of the plunger. Both the suction manifold and the discharge manifold includes openings that open within the pump chamber and valve configured within said opening.

  • Publication number: 20210216089
Abstract: An integrated variable pressure and flow regulator comprising a manifold body, a pressure regulator, a flow control valve, a flow meter and a flow diverter. The manifold body includes a coupling face to which the pressure regulator is attached, a flow control valve cavity which receives the flow control valve, a flow meter cavity which receives the flow meter and a flow diverter cavity which receives the flow diverter. A central fluid transfer passageway of the manifold connects an inlet with outlet ports in fluid communication through the cavities. The pressure regulator maintains an outlet fluid pressure less than inlet fluid pressure as per a reducer pressure at outlet ports. The flow control valve maintains an outlet fluid flow rate, as per a flow rate setting, for the fluid flow at the outlet fluid pressure. The flow diverter allows to selectively divert the fluid through any of the outlet ports.

  • Publication number: 20210207797
Abstract: A high-pressure instant steam generator is disclosed. The steam generator unit comprises a HP unit, a HP water-band heater, an evaporator, a super heater, and at least a spray gun attachment. The high-pressure unit comprises a main pump for supplying a liquid from a storage tank in case of independent unit. The HP water band heater connected to the HP unit via a needle valve and a first manifold. The evaporator connected to the band heater via a second manifold and a check-valve, configured to convert the liquid into steam at a saturation point. The super heater connected to the evaporator via a check-valve, configured to heat the generated steam to the saturated temperature. The high-pressure steam attachment or spray gun connected to the super heater via a fourth manifold, configured to spray the generated high-pressure steam for sanitizing the surface the surface of the object being treated.
