Patents Assigned to CLEANTEK INDUSTRIES INC.
  • Patent number: 11746631
Abstract: A flow management and separation system for a wellbore having a horizontal section, vertical section and intermediate build section, a production tubing, and an annulus surrounding the production tubing, is combined with a primary vertical lift device disposed in the intermediate build section or a heel segment of the horizontal section. The fluid flow management system may be located adjacent to and downhole from the primary vertical lift device. The system includes an intake to an intake passage, to receive produced fluids from the reservoir; a wavebreaker for calming produced fluid flow; a fluidseeker having a rotatable inlet extension having a weighted keel and an internal bypass passage in fluid communication with the intake flow passage; and a separator for separating gas and liquid phases uphole from the fluidseeker.

  • Patent number: 11613982
Abstract: A flow management and separation system for a horizontal wellbore having a primary artificial lift device having an intake has (a) a sealed central flowpath from a fluidseeker weighted keel inlet, through a recovery flow tube, a seal bore extension and a dip tube having a pump intake sealing assembly in fluid communication with the lift device intake; and (b) a mixed fluid flow path from a fluidseeker internal bypass passage, through an annulus of at least one slug catcher comprising a perforated shell.

  • Publication number: 20220357028
Abstract: The invention relates to lightweight LED lighting systems for permanent and semi-permanent mounting on elevated structures, the lighting systems having integrated support and thermal transfer features. The systems are particularly suited for elevated mast systems and specifically for mast systems that are repeatedly lifted and lowered such as drilling and service rig masts. Specifically, the invention improves a) the weight/lumen ratios of LED lamp assemblies and LED lighting systems, b) the net added weight of LED lighting systems, c) the footprint of LED light systems and/or d) obviates the need for removing LED lighting systems or their sub-assemblies when transporting mast systems.

  • Patent number: 11492270
Abstract: The invention relates to methods, systems and apparatus for distributed management of raw water and internal combustion engine (ICE) gas emissions generated during industrial operations. One aspect of the invention at least partially utilizes a hot gas air knife to increase or partially increase surface area between a raw water and a hot gas in order to vaporize a proportion of the aqueous phase of the raw water and concentrate contaminants within a residual raw water concentrate. The water vapor generated by the vaporization process may be demisted, discharged directly to the atmosphere or alternatively condensed and captured for use. Another aspect relates to how the liquids and gasses interact to continuously flush the surfaces of the system which may help mitigate scaling issues. The invention may help facilitate rapid transfer of ICE combustion gas particulate and ICE combustion gas chemicals onto and into the raw water as it concentrates.

  • Patent number: 10441894
Abstract: A method and apparatus for processing waste water generated during oilfield drilling operations with a mobile processing unit utilizing heat energy sourced from burning hydrocarbon fuel directly and/or capturing and using the exhaust heat energy generated by burning hydrocarbons in engines such as diesel engines in order to vaporize a dominant mass of the aqueous phase of the waste water while clarifying the heat source combustion gasses. The water vapor generated by the vaporization process may be discharged directly to the atmosphere or alternately condensed and captured for use as potable water. The residual waste water is thereby concentrated and the cost to dispose of the waste water is greatly reduced.

  • Patent number: 10374451
Abstract: The invention relates to a portable, skid mounted, wheeled and/or collapsible hybrid-power lighting and energy management system for harsh, remote and/or high latitude locations. The system combines an internal combustion engine (ICE) power source with a control system for providing power to light system. The system may also include a battery storage system, an ICE heating system and/or renewable solar and/or wind power systems in a manner that improves efficiency and reliability of operation in such locations, while preserving and improving functionality of operation and significantly reducing operator interaction during set-up and operation.
