    Abstract: A waterproof feed-through electrical connector having a conductive insert which is fitted through a wall of thermoplastic material in such a manner as to induce cold flow of the thermoplastic material, and thereby provide a watertight seal between the conductive insert and the wall. A cup of potting material encloses the conductor on one side of the wall, to form a secondary seal.
