Abstract: Disclosure herein is related to laptop computer having a rear cover with luminous full-color pattern. The look of laptop computer essentially includes a host body and a screen cover. The host body and the screen cover are pivotally connected. Within the host body of the laptop computer, an input unit, an output unit, power supply unit, and a mainboard are generally included. It is characterized in that the screen cover is constituted of a liquid crystal display panel, an active light source, and a rear cover printed with a pattern. The liquid crystal display panel and the active light source are respectively connected with the mainboard electrically. The active light source of the laptop computer allows generating various lighting modes no matter in booting the computer, in use, or in standby state. Furthermore, to cooperate with the pattern on the light-transmissive rear cover, a variety of esthetic visions are presented.

Abstract: A notebook computer includes a data processing unit, and a display unit pivotally connected with one side of the data processing unit. The display unit has a first casing member, a second casing member, and a third casing member. The first casing member is immovably disposed on the third casing member. The second casing member is separably combined upon the first casing member, which includes a plurality of first through slots, second through slots and a plurality of protrusions. The second casing member includes a plurality of first baffles and second baffles. The first casing member and second casing member can be easily combined with or separated from each other.
Abstract: A plateless-transfer printing apparatus having a plateless-transfer printing film and a transfer printing machine is disclosed. The plateless-transfer printing film includes a substrate and a transfer layer. The transfer layer has a release layer, a pattern layer, a white-ink layer and an adhesive layer. Those layers are orderly positioned on the substrate. In particular, the transfer printing machine has a pressure part, a heating part, an upper prop part and a lower prop part. An article-to-be-printed is firstly placed on the lower prop part. The plateless-transfer printing film positioned on the article is then heated by the heating part. Next, the pressure part presses both upper and lower prop parts, and the transfer printing film is formed on the surface of the article. It is featured that the pressure part evenly presses both the article and transfer printing film between the upper and lower prop parts.

Abstract: Disclosed is a device with colored pattern which is made by a plateless transfer printing technology. The device includes a body, an adhesive layer, a white ink layer and a pattern layer. The adhesive layer is formed on the body. The white ink layer is formed on the adhesive layer. The pattern layer is on the white ink layer. In particular, the pattern layer is customized to be a color ink layer which is printed with colored picture, character, symbol or number. In the manufacturing method of the device, a plateless transfer printing film is prepared to cover the body. Next, the film is transferred to the surface of the body, especially by a roller-embossing process. A blowing-embossing process is then applied to the plateless transfer printing film. Therefore, a fast and uniform transfer printing is achieved.
Abstract: A multi-band planar antenna including a metal plate, a first radiation portion, a second radiation portion, and a grounding portion is provided. The plate includes a first and a second edge. The first radiation portion is configured on the upper of the plate by a first slot, and the first slot extends to the inner of the plate from the first edge. The second radiation portion is configured on the upper side of the plate adjacent to the second edge by a second slot and a third slot adjacent to the first radiation portion. The second slot extends to the inner of the metal plate from the second edge. The third slot is formed between the first and the second slot. The grounding portion is formed on the lower of the metal plate. The first and the second radiation portion transmit and receive the low-band and high-band of RF signal respectively.
Abstract: A computer device capable of playing DVD films without the need of running an operating system is disclosed. The computer device comprises a computer keyboard unit comprising a keyboard controller, a low-voltage differential signal (LVDS) transmitter, wherein the LVDS transmitter has an output end connected to a liquid crystal display (LCD) monitor; a DVD-ROM for reading and outputting audio/video DVD data; a DVD format and image decoder connected to the DVD-ROM through a multiplexer; and a DVD control switch disposed on the computer keyboard unit and connected to the power switching module, wherein the power switching module functions as a controller when the DVD control switch is activated to turn on the work power of the keyboard controller, the DVD-ROM, the DVD format and image decoder, the multiplexer, the image processor, the LVDS transmitter, the LCD monitor, the audio amplifier, and the speaker.

Abstract: A telecommunication notebook computer functions as a mobile communication apparuatus and a notebook computer with both monitors. There is a mobile communication module configured in the computer system, which electrically configured to the system chipset, I/O system, built-in controller and other devices via the associated bus. The telecommunication notebook computer utilizes a secondary monitor to display a telecommunication frame to achieve the functionality of mobile communication. The functionality displayed on the secondary monitor provides various data including incoming caller information, short messaging alert, email alert, call receiving, voice dialing, virtual keyboard dialing, incoming/outgoing call history and plurality of mobile phone functionality.
