Abstract: Systems and methods for evaluating a real estate transaction are described herein. Various examples of the technologies described herein provide for the ability of buyers of property to request competing bids from banks and real estate brokers/agents. Various examples of the technologies described herein provide for the ability of sellers to request competing bids. Various examples of the technologies described herein provide for the ability of real estate agents/brokers to receive notifications such as another agent/broker being associated with a client.
