Abstract: A coffee grinder with a weight device to dose ground coffee includes an electric motor, a grinder group driven by the electric motor and housed inside a grinding chamber, a feed hopper for feeding coffee beans to the grinding chamber, a delivery channel for delivering ground coffee to a support fork of a filter-holder of the ground coffee, a load cell mechanically connected to the fork, and a microprocessor that controls the operation of the motor to determine a desired final dose of ground coffee inside the filter-holder. The microprocessor contains control firmware which, when weighing a new dose of coffee: (a) activates a weighing program that activates the electric motor so that the grinder group grinds the coffee; (b) continuously controls, with the load cell, the detected weight of ground coffee reaching the filter-holder; and (c) shuts the electric motor down when the detected weight reaches a desired value.

Abstract: The present invention concerns a machine (1) for preparing an infusion beverage, comprising: a machine body (10); a filter holder (2) removably constrained to the machine body (10), comprising a seat (2a) for at least one ingredient (100), preferably powdered, for a beverage preparation; a piston (3) constrained to the machine body (10); wherein said machine (1) comprises a motor (M, M?) adapted to relatively move said filter holder (2) and said piston (3) between one another, so that to couple said piston (3) with said seat (2a) for, during use, defining an infusion chamber (6) and compressing said at least one ingredient (100) in said seat (2a).

Abstract: The device for cleaning a filter holder of a coffee machine comprises a support body for supporting the filter holder, a motor on whose shaft scraping elements are assembled for removing the used coffee grounds contained in the internal chamber of the filter holder and at least one brush with a plurality of bristles to collect the residual of the used coffee grounds. The device comprises activation elements for activating the motor and controlled by the correct positioning of the filter holder adapted to receive the scraping elements and the brush, a collection member for collecting the used coffee grounds extracted from the filter holder by the scraping elements. The support body has a housing in which the filter holder is positioned and the scraping elements have at least one plough blade to remove the used coffee grounds from the chamber.

Abstract: Super-automatic coffee maker for the preparation of espresso coffee continuously and with the possibility of selecting the quantity and type of espresso coffee desired, thus obtaining an espresso coffee of high quality and flavor. Machine comprising a vertical piston (2) adapted to press the coffee, ground in a grinder, into collection and brewing means (3), applicable in a removable way in the lower part of the coffee maker, in an underlying position and coinciding with said piston (2), to determine the espresso coffee which is then supplied through said means. At the end of each brewing, said collection and brewing means (3) are removed and the used pod contained in them is then ejected, and they are cleaned manually, with subsequent application of said means in the lower part of the machine, to perform a subsequent operating cycle.
