    Abstract: A pipe paver finishing machine is disclosed for applying and finishing concrete lining onto the interior surface of a lower segment portion of a drainage pipe. The machine includes a chassis member adapted for movement longitudinally along the interior of the drainage pipe and a surfacing unit suspended from the chassis member and adapted for a pendulum-type pivotal movement substantially about the center point of drainage pipe to apply and to finish a concrete liner onto the bottom interior surface of the drainage pipe.
