Patent number: 9067699Abstract: The invention relates to a method for removing a sterile product from a sterile package which contains the sterile product and to an apparatus (1) for actuating the method. The method comprises clamping a part of a sterile package (5) located between the sterile product (6) and a first flap (7), and cutting the sterile package (5) at a region (9) interposed between the clamped surfaces (3, 4) and the flap (7). Once the facing surfaces (3, 4) are disengaged, an opening (10) is identified in the sterile package (5), through which the sterile product (6) can be expelled. The surfaces (3, 4) are then disengaged from the clamping action, and the sterile product (6) expelled from the sterile package (5) through the opening (10) by exerting a pushing action on an external surface of the sterile package (5).Type: GrantFiled: October 7, 2011Date of Patent: June 30, 2015Assignee: CO.RI.M.A. S.R.L.Inventor: Dario Anatrini

Patent number: 8341922Abstract: The machine, either in a version for open vials or in one for closed vials, has a cantilevered architecture such that at the sides of the relative conveyor line of the vials there is a substantially vertical air passage gap developing in a downwards direction and connected with a conveyor which opens into an air outlet facing externally of the machine and positioned considerably below the conveyor line. The operating organs of the machine, among which the conveyor line, are inserted in a chamber having a controlled atmosphere, to which means for forced ventilation are associated, which means generate a laminar flow of air directed from above in a downwards direction. The part of the laminar flow, which strikes the sides of the conveyor line and the vials present therein, enters, without perturbation, the air passage gap and exits from the air outlet; thus entry of polluting particles into the inlet of the vials is prevented.Type: GrantFiled: October 1, 2009Date of Patent: January 1, 2013Assignee: CO.RI.M.A. S.r.l.Inventor: Dario Anatrini

Publication number: 20100098523Abstract: Device for conveying and removing glass waste, of the type which is associable to a sealing station of glass vials in a machine for filling the vials, operating in a chamber in which there is a controlled atmosphere. The glass waste are unloaded by gripping means, provided in the sealing station, in a hopper located laterally of said sealing station and conveyed, by means of conveyor organs, to a collection container of such waste, which is positioned in a different environment from the controlled-atmosphere one.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 1, 2009Publication date: April 22, 2010Applicant: CO.RI.M.A. S.R.L.Inventor: Dario ANATRINI

Publication number: 20080195077Abstract: A disposable syringe having both graduated marks and a label describing the medicine contained in the syringe, obtained according to a method which involves feeding an orderly succession of syringes having the graduated marks on the body towards a labeling station; feeding an orderly succession of adhesive labels, each having a transparent portion, towards the labeling station; synchronizing each syringe with the respective label so that, subsequently, the transparent portion is placed over the graduated marks; and wrapping the respective label around the body of each syringe, first bringing a longitudinal edge of the label into contact with the syringe body then rotating the syringe about its own longitudinal axis.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 6, 2008Publication date: August 14, 2008Applicant: CO.RI.M.A. S.R.L.Inventor: Dario Anatrini
