Abstract: Provided is an apparatus for assisting formation flight. The apparatus comprises a formation maintaining member for maintaining formation of a plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles in flight and having connection points formed at points corresponding to positions of each unmanned aerial vehicle on the formation, and a plurality of fastening members, in which one end is connected to the connection points of the formation maintaining member and the other end is fastened to the unmanned aerial vehicle to connect the formation maintaining member and the plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles, wherein a movement permitting member for permitting a posture change of the unmanned aerial vehicle within a predetermined range is formed on the other end of the plurality of fastening members.

Abstract: A sidelink resource determining method, an apparatus, and a system, to improve reliability of sidelink data transmission when a first terminal does not receive acknowledgment information for a first data packet from a second terminal. According to the method, when the first terminal determines that the first terminal does not receive the acknowledgment information that is for the first data packet and that is fed back by the second terminal, if the first terminal determines that the second terminal fails to decode the first data packet, the first terminal may determine a sidelink resource used to retransmit the first data packet, so that the first data packet can be retransmitted on the re-determined sidelink resource. In this way, reliability of sidelink transmission is improved. The solution may be applied to fields including unmanned driving, automated driving, driver assistance, intelligent driving, connected driving, intelligent network driving, car sharing, and artificial intelligence.

Abstract: Low-resistance contacts improve performance of integrated circuit devices that feature epitaxial source/drain regions. The low resistance contacts can be used with transistors of various types, including planar field effect transistors (FETs), FinFETs, and gate-all-around (GAA) FETs. Low-resistance junctions are formed by removing an upper portion of the source/drain region and replacing it with an epitaxially-grown boron-doped silicon germanium (SiGe) material. Material resistivity can be tuned by varying the temperature during the epitaxy process. Electrical contact is then made at the low-resistance junctions.
