Abstract: SRAM arrays are provided. In each SRAM cell arranged in a column of cell array, a pull-down transistor and a pass-gate transistor are formed in P-type well region. A pull-up transistor is formed in N-type well region. At least one well strap cell includes an N-well strap structure formed on the N-type well region and a P-well strap structure formed on the P-type well region. A first distance between the active region of the N-well strap structure and the P-type well region is greater than a second distance between an active region of the pull-up transistor and the P-type well region.
Abstract: A system for visible light communication having a portable device with a visible light source operated to emit optical signals as light pulses representative of data, and a warning device having one or more sources providing one or more of visible and/or audible warning signals. The warning device has a controller which detects the data using electrical signals received from a light sensor representative of the light pulses. Responsive to at least a portion of the detected data, the controller operates one or more sources of the warning device. The detected data includes one or more programming options, such as patterns, for operating the one or more sources of the warning device. The portable device may be a smartphone or tablet having a built-in flash providing the visible light source, where programming options are selectable via a user interface along the portable device.
Abstract: A portable wire cutting device for sampling a steel ingot includes a wire rack device, a driving system, and a multi-axis moving device. The wire rack device includes a first corner wheel, a second corner wheel, a transition wheel, a steering wheel, a first wire rack, a second wire rack, and a wire winding drum. The driving system includes a wire drum motor and a molybdenum wire, wherein the wire drum motor provides power driving for the operation of a cutting line; and the molybdenum wire is a closed molybdenum wire coil connected in an end-to-end manner, the molybdenum wire is wrapped around the first corner wheel, the second corner wheel, the wire winding drum, and an inner side of the transition wheel in a looping manner, and during operation, the cutting line performs wire cutting on an object by the molybdenum wire.
Abstract: A laser scanning method and a laser scanning apparatus. The laser scanning method comprises: generating a periodic input laser signal with a plurality of non-overlapping wavelengths in multiple time periods within each period; coupling each wavelength of a plurality of non-overlapping wavelengths of input laser signals to the corresponding output channel of multiple spatially-separated output channels, and emitting light from each output channel at different exit angles from each other.
Abstract: A semiconductor power device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. In the manufacturing method, before the self-aligned silicide process is performed, a gate stacked structure and a spacer are formed on a semiconductor layer having a body region and a source region. The spacer defines a portion of the source region for forming a silicide layer. Subsequently, the self-aligned silicide process is performed with the gate stacked structure and the spacer functioning as a mask to form the silicide layer at the defined portion of the source region. Thereafter, an interconnection structure including an interlayer dielectric layer and a source conductive layer is formed on the semiconductor layer. The source conductive layer is electrically connected to the source region. The silicide layer extends toward the gate stacked structure from a position under the source conductive layer to another position under the interlayer dielectric layer.

The second coupling filter circuit includes a second AC coupling unit and a second rectifier filter unit. A high voltage winding of a high voltage transformer of the high voltage generator is respectively connected to the first coupling filter circuit and the second coupling filter circuit. The positive and negative high voltage control circuit is respectively connected to the DC component control unit and the positive high voltage regulating unit.
