Abstract: Service data is received by a server and from a client computing device, where the service data includes a unique identifier and a variable identifier stored in a local secure storage of the client computing device. The server parses the service data to obtain the unique identifier and the variable identifier as parsed data. The server determines whether the unique identifier and the variable identifier in the parsed data are identical to a unique identifier and a variable identifier associated with the client computing device and recorded by the server as recorded data. If the result of the determination is not identical, the server indicates that the local secure storage of the client computing device is under a copy attack, and performing a predetermined response action. If the result of the determination is identical, the server transmits a new variable identifier to the client computing device.
Abstract: This disclosure reveals a resonator where at least one suspended inertial mass is driven into rotational oscillation by a piezoelectric drive transducer, or where the rotational motion of at least one suspended inertial mass is sensed by a piezoelectric sense transducer. The disclosure is based on the idea of attaching suspenders to the inertial mass with at least one flexure, which allows the end of the suspender which is attached to the inertial mass to rotate in relation to the inertial mass at this attachment point when the inertial mass is in motion. The resonator may be employed in a resonator system, a clock oscillator or a gyroscope.
Abstract: An input device of the present disclosure includes an electrode sheet, a plurality of keys, and a controller. The electrode sheet directly senses a change in capacitance at a position where an object approaches when the object approaches the electrode sheet. The plurality of keys are depressibly disposed on the electrode sheet. The controller detects capacitance change amounts at a plurality of positions on the electrode sheet, outputs positional information indicating the position, among the plurality of positions, at which a capacitance change amount detected satisfies a first given condition, and outputs key information indicating a key among the plurality of keys corresponding to the position, among the plurality of positions, at which a capacitance change amount detected satisfies a second given condition.

The second operation portion is configured to be pressed by the other hand of the user holding the grip portion. The second button depression portion is configured to move toward a second button of the game controller secured in the compartment, thereby pressing the second button of the game controller secured in the compartment, in response to the pressing operation on the second operation portion.
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for managing received data by a client device and indicating data removal management by a server. A method for managing received data by a client device includes receiving a message including information about a number of modes for removal of the data from a buffer at the client. The method also includes selecting a mode for removal of the data from the buffer with a maximum required buffer size among the modes indicated by the information about the modes in the received message and removing the data from the buffer based on the identified mode. A method for indicating data removal management by a server includes generating and sending a message including information about a number of modes for removal of received data from a buffer at a client device. The information indicates, for each of the modes, a type of mode for removal of the data.
Abstract: A data generation method is for generating video data that covers a second luminance dynamic range wider than a first luminance dynamic range and has reproduction compatibility with a first device that does not support reproduction of video having the second luminance dynamic range and supports reproduction of video having the first luminance dynamic range, and includes: generating a video signal to be included in the video data using a second OETF; storing, into VUI in the video data, first transfer function information for identifying a first OETF to be referred to by the first device when the first device decodes the video data; and storing, into SEI in the video data, second transfer function information for identifying a second OETF to be referred to by a second device supporting reproduction of video having the second luminance dynamic range when the second device decodes the video data.
Abstract: Multi-phase interleaving control of a power supply device is accelerated. Furthermore, in accelerating the multi-phase interleaving control in the power supply device, detection of feedback signal is accelerated. In the power supply device and a method for controlling the power supply device, output voltage is acquired as an operation result of a discrete time process using an initial value of the output voltage at a predetermined point, and a detection value of capacitance current at each point of the discrete time process. Accordingly, only detection of the initial value is performed when the output voltage being slow in response is acquired, and detection performed in the discrete time process can be accomplished by detection of capacitance current being rapid in response, thus enabling rapid response.
Abstract: A method for sharing a file between different terminals includes displaying, by a first terminal when detecting a file sharing operation, a list of second terminals associated with the first terminal; sending, by the first terminal, a first control command to a second terminal when detecting an operation of selecting an identifier of the second terminal in the list of second terminals, so that the second terminal enables a WiFi point-to-point function according to the first control command, and sends a second control command to the first terminal; receiving, by the first terminal, the second control command, and enabling a WiFi point-to-point function according to the second control command; and establishing, by the first terminal, a WiFi communication link to the second terminal, and sharing a file between the first terminal and the second terminal by using the WiFi communication link.

Abstract: It is an object of the invention to provide a new push bar type of index apparatus which can hold and machine the work exactly while the machining center machines the work having a predetermined length even if the work is long. An index apparatus comprises first and second index tables 4a and 4b configured to hold a work 1. The apparatus comprises a push bar transmission mechanism configured to rotate the first index table 4a in response to the movement of the push bar 7. The work 1 and the second index table 4b are rotated by the rotation of the first index table 4a integrally so as to index the work 1.
Abstract: Upon receiving a request for a virtual network and before admitting the requested virtual network, a virtual service provider controller may assess the ability of the virtual service provider network to meet conditions specified in the request. In particular, the virtual service provider controller may consider details of the traffic expected in the requested virtual network in the context of existing traffic on the virtual service provider network. Consideration may be given to geographic distribution of traffic, type of traffic, and key performance indices. Indeed, traffic of different types may be homogenized through the use of weighting factors to simplify the assessment. Upon determining that the virtual service provider network may not be able to meet the conditions, the virtual service provider controller may attempt to obtain additional resources from an infra-structure provider network or may attempt to adjust resources allocated to already admitted virtual networks.
