Abstract: A switching control circuit that controls switching of a switching device, the switching control circuit includes a frequency modulation circuit that generates an oscillator signal, and modulates a frequency of an oscillator signal with a predetermined frequency and a modulation index of two or more, and a drive circuit that drives the switching device in response to a signal corresponding to the modulated oscillator signal, the predetermined frequency being higher than a frequency indicative of a value that is a quarter of a half width of a bandpass filter used for measuring noise generated when the switching device is driven.

Abstract: A random access method includes: performing listen before talk (LBT) operations on LBT frequency bands corresponding to N physical random access channel occasion (RO) resources; and selecting M target RO resources from the N RO resources, at least two RO resources in the N RO resources being corresponding to different LBT frequency bands, the target RO resources being RO resources in the N RO resources at which LBTs are successful, N being an integer greater than 1, and M being an integer less than or equal to N and greater than or equal to 1; and sending preambles by using the M target RO resources.

The at least one button may be set on the housing, wherein each of the at least one button corresponds to a button hole. The at least one elastic pad may correspond to the at least one button, respectively, wherein each elastic pad prevents the corresponding button from moving relative to the button hole. Each pair of the at least one pair of speaker units may generate sound within a frequency range from two sound guiding holes through two sound guiding tubes.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing metal parts with split ends joined. An end of a metal plate or solid metal rod is split. The length of the incision is adjusted and a smooth split face is formed. A metal plate is secured by pinching both sides with a clamping device, or a solid metal rod is pinched on opposite portions on the periphery with a clamping device. The plate/rod is split longitudinally by slitting or cleaving the plate/rod by pressing a slitting or cleaving punch against the face of one end of the plate/rod. The splitting is advanced by repeating the operation of pressing the punch against the cleft of the splitting. In each splitting operation, the position of the clamping device is moved in advance of the next pressing by a stroke corresponding to the distance from one end of the plate/rod, to the distal end of a split-desired portion.

Abstract: The present invention sets, as a point (POM) to be machined, a single machining point on a plurality of tool path rows, selects, as a machining point (PI(i)) of interest, a machining point in a prescribed range with the point to be machined as the center, calculates the tool orientation at the point to be machined by way of averaging the tool orientation of the selected machining point of interest, corrects data pertaining to the tool orientation of the point to be machined by way of the calculated average tool orientation, acquires the shape data of a workpiece to be machined and the shape data of a ball end mill to be used, performs an interference check for the workpiece and the ball end mill on the basis of the corrected tool orientation data, and generates a new tool path on the basis of data pertaining to the corrected tool orientation when no interference between the workpiece and the ball end mill occurs.

An opening is formed on one side, and two sides and a bottom are heat sealed. The front side film is a non-breathable film with a strip of breathable sterile paper interposed and extending in the width direction. The backside film is composed of a non-breathable film. In the front side film, the vertical edges of the non-breathable film and the vertical edges of the breathable sterile paper have a structure in which they are heat-sealed to each other. All contact parts of the non-breathable film and the breathable sterile paper are heat sealed.

The grid cells also include a plurality of flow channels each provided in the vertical direction to each of the grid cells and a plurality of mixing vanes each protrudingly provided in a downstream direction of cooling water flow at end parts of each of the grid cells.

Abstract: In a golf ball having a core, an intermediate layer and a cover, the core is formed primarily of a base rubber and has a diameter set in a specific range, and the intermediate layer and cover are each formed of resin materials. The core has an internal hardness such that, regarding the hardness at the core center, the hardnesses at positions located at 2 mm intervals from the core center outward up to 16 mm and the core surface hardness, the hardness differences therebetween are set within a specific range. The ball surface hardness is set so as to be higher than the surface hardness of the intermediate layer-encased sphere. This ball achieves a satisfactory distance on full shots not only with a driver, but also with a long iron or a middle iron, in addition to which it has an excellent durability to repeated impact.

Abstract: A visual approach-based aptitude testing system includes a computer connected to an examinee's terminal through a communication network. The computer provides, to the examinee's terminal, a check sheet in which a plurality of areas are formed by boundary elements and which includes graphic figures each having no inherent meaning, and a plurality of icons applicable to the check sheet. The computer sequentially stores test data including icons applied by the examinee to the check sheet and an examinee's ID transmitted from the terminal, and sequentially reads out the test data and the examinee's ID to count a total number of the icons. The computer executes discrimination of whether the arrangement of the icons in the read-out test data falls under definitions in tables stored by the computer. Results of the discrimination are stored in the computer and used for evaluation of the examinee's aptitude.
