Abstract: The disclosed is a method for producing a dispersion of carbonaceous material in a nonaqueous solvent comprising a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic amide compound with a solvent purity of 99.9% or higher, which comprises: confirming an amine-controlled concentration, in which the concentration of amine components in the nonaqueous solvent is confirmed to be less than 3×10?6 in mass fraction; confirming a moisture-controlled concentration, in which the concentration of the moisture concentration in the nonaqueous solvent is confirmed to be less than 5×10?4 in mass fraction; and dispersing a carbonaceous material added to the nonaqueous solvent that satisfies the conditions in the amine-controlled concentration confirmation and the moisture-controlled concentration confirmation so that the carbonaceous material concentration is 15 to 30% by mass based on the total mass of the dispersion, by stirring and mixing.

The metal is provided in the form of a film so as to cover the surfaces of the base member of the main body. The radiation shielding material has a degree of moisture permeability of 1 g/m2 h or higher measured through the A-2 method that is a water method in accordance with JIS L 1099 where the temperature is modified to 20° C. and the humidity is modified to 65% RH.

Abstract: A page swap method, a storage system, and an electronic device as applied to the field of memory management technologies are provided. The method includes determining, from a least recently used LRU linked list, a to-be-swapped-out first swap-out page of a memory device, determining a second swap-out page from the LRU linked list based on the first swap-out page, and when the first swap-out page is swapped out of the memory device, swapping out the first swap-out page and the second swap-out page to a swap device.

Abstract: An acoustic resonator is fabricated with a substrate having a substrate top surface and a piezoelectric plate having plate front and plate back surfaces. An acoustic Bragg reflector is sandwiched between the substrate top surface and the plate back surface. The reflector has a cavity with a top surface perimeter, and the acoustic Bragg reflector is configured to reflect shear acoustic waves at a resonance frequency of the acoustic resonator. The back surface is mounted on the cavity top surface perimeter except for a portion of the plate forming a diaphragm that spans the cavity. An interdigital transducer (IDT) is formed on the plate front surface such that interleaved fingers of the IDT are disposed on the diaphragm. Two or more layers of the acoustic Bragg reflector form pedestals that support the back surface of the plate opposite some or all interleaved fingers of the IDT.
Abstract: A gas densimeter for monitoring a pressure or density of a gas in a gas chamber with a housing having a first housing chamber and a measuring chamber, a first coupling, via which the measuring chamber can be connected to the gas chamber, at least one reference bellows, which is connected directly or indirectly in particular to a transmission element, and at least one transmitting and/or monitoring unit, which is or can be operatively connected directly or indirectly to the transmission element. In this regard, the measuring chamber has a gas-permeable connection to the gas chamber via the first coupling and the reference bellows forms a reference chamber filled with a constant amount of a reference gas. A surface section covering the reference chamber is provided or reachable at least partially within the first housing chamber or measuring chamber as a measuring surface for the gas from the gas chamber.
