Abstract: A shutter blade assembly for a photolithography machine, a large-field of view (FoV) photolithography machine and an exposure method are disclosed. A scanning-directional shutter blade subassembly is moved once during each illuminance test and then moved above alignment marks after the test. During exposure, the scanning-directional shutter blade subassembly moves with a mask stage in the same direction and at the same speed so that it stays stationary relative to the alignment marks on a photomask (4). In case of full-FoV exposure, it is not necessary for a non-scanning-directional shutter blade subassembly to be moved, while in case of partial-FoV exposure, it is moved into the partial exposure FoV and defines there a window for obtaining a light spot with a desired shape by modulating illumination light.
Abstract: A coated quantum dot is provided wherein the quantum dot is characterized by having a solid state photoluminescence external quantum efficiency at a temperature of 90° C. or above that is at least 95% of the solid state photoluminescence external quantum efficiency of the semiconductor nanocrystal at 25° C. Products including quantum dots described herein are also disclosed.
Abstract: A linear prediction-based noise signal processing method, includes obtaining a linear prediction coefficient of the noise signal, filtering a signal derived from the noise signal based on the linear prediction coefficient in order to obtain a linear prediction residual signal, obtaining excitation energy of the linear prediction residual signal and a spectral envelope of the linear prediction residual signal, and the spectral envelope, the excitation energy and the linear prediction coefficient are encoded.
Abstract: In a golf ball having a two-layer core consisting of an inner core layer and an outer core layer and a cover of one or more layer, the inner core layer and outer core layer are each formed of a rubber composition made up primarily of a base rubber, the inner core layer has a diameter of not more than 30 mm; and the core has specific hardness ratios (JIS-C hardness/Shore D hardness) at specific points on the cross-section thereof. This golf ball has a reduced spin rate on full shots with a driver and middle irons, thus imparting to an excellent flight performance, and moreover has a good controllability in the short game on approach shots, making it ideal as a golf ball for professional golfers and mid- and high-level amateur golfers.
Abstract: A memory device includes multiple word lines. A method of operating the memory device includes: performing a first dummy read operation, with respect to first memory cells connected to a first word line among the word lines, by applying a dummy read voltage, having an offset level of a first level, to the first word line; determining, based on a result of the performing of the first dummy read operation, degradation of a threshold voltage distribution of the first memory cells; adjusting an offset level of the dummy read voltage as a second level, based on a result of the determining of the threshold voltage distribution; and performing a second dummy read operation with respect to second memory cells connected to a second word line among the word lines, by applying a dummy read voltage, having the offset level adjusted as the second level, to the second word line among the word lines.

Abstract: A 3D printer input includes filaments comprising separated layers or sections. These inputs particularly including filaments may be prepared by coextrusion, microlayer coextrusion or multicomponent/fractal coextrusion. These inputs and specifically filaments enable layering or combining different materials simultaneously through one or more nozzles during the so-called 3D printing process. Abstract: A self-luminescence display apparatus capable of detecting pressure of touches applied by a user, the apparatus includes a display panel having a plurality of conductive layers and a supporting frame. One of the conductive layers cooperates with the supporting frame to form a plurality of force sensing capacitors. When a touch is applied, the display panel deforms according to pressure applied, which cause the capacitances of the force sensing capacitors to alter. The change in capacitance value, corresponding to a position where the touch operation is applied, can be calculated.
