Abstract: An interpretation distributing device includes: an interpreted voice acquiring unit that acquires at least one piece of interpreted voice data of two or more pieces of interpreted voice data which are voice data obtained by interpreting voice in a first language into voice in two or more different languages; and an interpreted voice transmitting unit that transmits at least one piece of the interpreted voice data acquired by the interpreted voice acquiring unit to one or more terminal devices.
Abstract: A method, system, and device for downlink transmission. A downlink signal is sent to a UE in an available frequency band of an uplink frequency band, and no signal is sent or received in a guard frequency band of the uplink frequency band, where the guard frequency band is located in a highest-frequency part and/or a lowest-frequency part of the uplink frequency band. Because no signal is sent or received in the guard frequency band of the uplink frequency band, interference to communication of a UE in an adjacent frequency band is reduced when the uplink frequency band is occupied for downlink transmission, thereby improving system performance.
Abstract: Provided is a method for setting a communication channel for a base station employing carrier aggregation, which enables simultaneous use of radio waves at a plurality of frequency bands of different frequencies or a base station apparatus for setting a communication channel in accordance with carrier aggregation, which enables simultaneous transmission and reception at a plurality of frequency bands of different frequencies. At least one of a downlink frequency channel in a first frequency band and a downlink frequency channel in a second frequency band is set such that a frequency range of harmonics of an uplink frequency range in the first frequency band does not overlap a downlink frequency range in the second frequency band, the first frequency band and the second frequency band being included in the plurality of frequency bands for use in carrier aggregation.
Abstract: A backlight module and a display device are provided. The backlight module includes: a rubber frame, a reflective film and an optical component. The optical component is arranged at a receiving region formed on the top of the rubber frame, the rubber frame is provided with an adhesive at the bottom, and the reflective film is fixed to the rubber frame through the adhesive to space the reflective film apart from the optical component by a predetermined interval.
Abstract: A water purifier with an ice maker is provided that includes an ice making part having an evaporator and a circulation cooling part that circulates water stored in a cold water tank to the evaporator so that the water stored in the cold water tank is cooled by heat exchange with refrigerant flowing in the evaporator, to simultaneously make ice and cool water using a single evaporator and eliminating the need to make separate ice so as to cool water, thereby enhancing energy efficiency.
Abstract: A conductivity detector includes a flow channel, an electrode arrangement, and a detector. The flow channel has a tube shape with a channel diameter through which a solution including ion components flows. The electrode arrangement is on the flow channel and includes at least an anode and at least a cathode. The anode and cathode are spaced apart by an electrode gap less than or equal to the channel diameter. The detector is connected to the electrode arrangement to detect electrical conductivity of the ion components.

Abstract: A hose support mechanism for a vacuum cleaner including a machine body includes at least one elastic support for supporting a hose, wherein the elastic support can elastically deform to mutually buckle with or separate from the machine body. The hose support mechanism can be assembled and disassembled conveniently without using other tools, and can be adapted for hoses with different hose diameters. When the vacuum cleaner is provided with hoses with different hose diameters, there is no need to redesign the hose support mechanism, thereby enhancing the generality of the vacuum cleaner.

Abstract: A method for operating an electric motor-driven food processor for preparing a preparation item, wherein a user of the food processor receives information from the food processor about an operating parameter for the food processor and/or a preparation parameter for the preparation item and/or transmits said information to the food processor. The information is projected into the visual field of the user by means of a wearable image generating device configured separately from the food processor, in particular an eyeglass-type construction worn in front of an eye while the user is looking at the food processor in a defined angular range. The information is superimposed onto the visual field. Also proposed is an electrically driven food processor as well as a system comprised of such a food processor and a wearable image generating device.
Abstract: An inverting circuit is disclosed. The inverting circuit includes a pull-up unit including first, second, and third terminals. The first terminal receives a first control signal, and the third terminal is connected to a signal output terminal and outputs a first level signal. The inverting circuit also includes a pull-down unit including fourth, fifth, and sixth terminals. The fourth terminal is connected to the second terminal of the pull-up unit, and the fifth terminal receives a second control signal. In addition, the sixth terminal is connected to the signal output terminal and outputs a second level signal. The inverting circuit also includes a first capacitor, connected to the second terminal of the pull-up unit and the fourth terminal of the pull-down unit, and to the third terminal of the pull-up unit and the sixth terminal of the pull-down unit.
Abstract: A method for preparing a carbon powder from an organic polymer material and a method for detecting the crystal morphology in the organic polymer material. A method for preparing a carbon material product comprises a carbonization step in which: a straight-chain polymer material containing nanoscale crystals is carbonized by using a strong oxidizing agent free of heavy metal ions, thus acquiring a nanoscale carbon material. Also disclosed is a method for acquiring either a material having a carbonized surface or a powder material containing graphene by using an acid in treating the organic polymer material.

Abstract: A contact determination processing apparatus includes a contact sensor disposed in a steering wheel of and inside a vehicle. The contact sensor has an output that depends on a contact or non-contact state between the steering wheel and an occupant in the vehicle. The apparatus further includes a contact determination ECU that detects the contact state when the output of the contact sensor is greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold, and detects the non-contact state when the output is less than the predetermined threshold. In addition, the apparatus includes a temperature detection module that detects the ambient temperature of the steering wheel. The contact determination ECU includes a threshold changing section that changes the threshold based on a detection result of the temperature detection module.

Abstract: A protective circuit includes a non-linear element, which includes a gate electrode, a gate insulating layer covering the gate electrode, a pair of first and second wiring layers whose end portions overlap with the gate electrode over the gate insulating layer and in which a second oxide semiconductor layer and a conductive layer are stacked, and a first oxide semiconductor layer which overlaps with at least the gate electrode and which is in contact with the gate insulating layer, side face portions and part of top face portions of the conductive layer and side face portions of the second oxide semiconductor layer in the first wiring layer and the second wiring layer. Over the gate insulating layer, oxide semiconductor layers with different properties are bonded to each other, whereby stable operation can be performed as compared with Schottky junction. Thus, the junction leakage can be decreased and the characteristics of the non-linear element can be improved.

Abstract: A secondary battery is disclosed. In one aspect, the secondary battery includes a case accommodating an electrode assembly, a cap plate sealing an opening of the case, an electrode terminal electrically connected to the electrode assembly and disposed over the cap, and an insulating member provided between the cap plate and the electrode terminal and configured to insulate the electrode terminal from the cap plate. The battery also includes a connection tab disposed over the electrode terminal, and a safety device having a portion positioned under the connection tab and electrically connected to the electrode terminal via the connection tab. The safety device has at least one of electric conductivity and thermal conductivity greater than that of the connection tab, and at least a part of the safety device is seated on the insulating member.
