Abstract: An automatic tool changer includes first and second tool change units that is driven respectively by a pair of servo motors and move along an arrangement direction of a plurality of tools installed on a tool installation unit, a torque detection unit that detects a torque of each of the pair of servo motors, and a control device that controls operations of the first and second tool change units. The control device fixes the first tool change unit at a reference position, and moves the second tool change unit toward the first tool change unit. The control device determines, based on a torque change of each servo motor, that a plurality of upper tools are brought together at the first tool change unit as a result of a movement of the second tool change unit.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides antibodies that specifically bind to human FAM19A5 and compositions comprising such antibodies. In a specific aspect, the antibodies specifically bind to human FAM19A5 and modulate FAM19A5 activity, e.g., inhibit, suppress, reduce, or reverse the onset of reactive gliosis and/or excessive proliferation of reactive astrocytes, utilizing such antibodies. Abstract: An electromagnetic non-contact online meter counting and speed measurement method and device for a steel wire are provided. An axial excitation device and an internally pass-through magnetic-sensitive detector sensor are disposed sequentially at intervals in an advancing direction of a steel wire. When the axial excitation device is excited by a narrow pulse voltage, the internally pass-through magnetic-sensitive detection sensor detects remanence around the steel wire in real time. When a magnetic null point is detected, a control system sends a narrow pulse excitation trigger instruction to enable a next excitation and detection process, and increases a meter counting value by a value corresponding to one meter counting pitch. The excitation is performed cyclically until it is ended. It calibrates an error caused by diameter and material changes and vibration of a detected steel wire.

Abstract: An object of the present disclosure is to implement a coloring pattern with a constant illuminance value on an electrode substrate to thereby increase display reliability and lifetime while reducing delamination of the hole transport layer (HTL) in the post-process. That is, when the roughness of the pattern after post-baking treatment is low, it may cause delamination of the hole transport layer (HTL) and a decrease in lifetime due to defective pixels, and thus a certain roughness can be obtained by minimizing the surface flow by leaving the substrate at a high temperature during post-baking treatment according to the present disclosure.

In one aspect, a semiconductor device includes: a memory cell array configured to store data in sets of memory cells and circuitry coupled to the memory cell array. Each set of one or more sets of memory cells in the memory cell array is associated with a respective reference current, and memory cells in sets associated with different reference currents have different threshold voltage distributions. The circuitry is configured to: determine information associated with a reference current for a set of memory cells in the memory cell array based on a memory address corresponding to the set, generate the reference current based on the information associated with the reference current for the set, and sense one or more memory cells in the set based on the reference current.
