Abstract: A method of providing a conducting structure over a substrate, which comprises: disposing a lower sub-layer over a substrate, the lower sub-layer comprising a conductive metal oxide material that includes indium and zinc, wherein the indium and zinc content in the bottom sub-layer substantially defines a first indium to zinc content ratio; performing a first hydrogen treatment over an exposed surface of the lower sub-layer for introducing hydrogen content therein; disposing a middle sub-layer over the lower sub-layer, the middle sub-layer comprising a metal material; disposing an upper sub-layer over the middle sub-layer, the upper sub-layer comprising a conductive metal oxide material that includes indium and zinc, wherein the indium and the zinc content in the upper sub-layer substantially defines a second indium to zinc content ratio smaller than the first indium to zinc content ratio; and patterning the multi-layered conductive structure to generate a composite lateral etch profile.

The method includes: accessing a computerized database that comprises keyword lists, each of the keyword lists comprising memory addresses of electronic documents that all contain a respective keyword; binning the memory addresses by performing balanced allocation of the memory addresses into ordered bins, such that at least some of the ordered bins each contains memory addresses of electronic documents that contain different keywords; encrypting each of the memory addresses with an encryption key that is derived from the keyword of the respective memory address; and storing the ordered bins at consecutive locations in a non-transient computer-readable memory, wherein the consecutive locations preserve the order of the ordered bins.

Abstract: A method for industrially manufacturing large-size graphene comprises following steps: (1) mixing graphite and concentrated sulfuric acid to obtain a mixed liquid, and ultrasonically treating the mixed liquid to obtain an upper layer of graphene and a lower layer of concentrated sulfuric acid liquid under condition that a chemical intercalation and a mechanical stripping were performed simultaneously; (2) separating the upper layer of graphene and the lower layer of concentrated sulfuric acid liquid; (3) the graphene separated in the step (2) being washed with water, filtered, and dried to obtain a large-size graphene. The method has the advantages of good peeling effect, great graphene size, repeated use of sulfuric acid as an intercalating agent, environment-friendliness, resource saving and wide industrial application prospect.

The reflective structure partially reflects the primary light emitted from the edge surface of the LED chip or the converted secondary light radiated from the edge surface of the photoluminescent structure, therefore shaping the radiation pattern asymmetrically.
