Abstract: A method for operating a device includes determining adaptation criteria for a waveform to be transmitted by a transmitting device over a communications channel towards a receiving device, and adjusting a generalized multi-carrier multiplexing parameter (GMMP) of the waveform in accordance with the adaptation criteria. The method also includes transmitting an indicator of the adjusted GMMP to at least one of the transmitting device and the receiving device.

Abstract: A door handle arrangement for a motor vehicle, includes a support, a handle that is swivel-mounted on the support to be moved between a rest position and an actuated position along a first movement path, a locking cylinder and a resetting device. The handle can be pivoted with respect to the locking cylinder into a release position in such a way that it can be lifted off the locking cylinder and the locking cylinder is released for inserting a key. The handle is designed in such a way that it can be pivoted from the actuated position along a second movement path, which is adjacent to the first movement path, into the release position, wherein in the release position of the handle, the handle is retained in its release position by a locking element.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a smart BGA chip maintenance device comprising a base, a moving worktable, a horizontal slide, a vertical slide, a grinding knife, an electronic microscope and a mini-sized air compressor, wherein the base comprises a platform and a portal frame. The moving worktable is propelled by a first driving mechanism, wherein the horizontal slide is propelled by a second driving mechanism, wherein the vertical slide is propelled by a third driving mechanism. Both a grinding knife and an electronic microscope are provided on the vertical slide. An air pipe is disposed at the side of the grinding knife, wherein the grinding knife is propelled by a fourth driving mechanism to rotate, wherein the device can automatically perceive the flatness of the chip, ensuring a horizontal grinding process and avoiding the damage to the soldering pad of the circuit board.

Abstract: A circuit board comprises a third conductive circuit layer, a third insulating layer, a first insulating layer, a first conductive circuit layer, a substrate, a second conductive circuit layer, a second insulating layer, a fourth insulating layer, and a fourth conductive circuit layer in that order from top to bottom. The circuit board defines at least one first conductive hole and at least one second conductive hole. Each one of the first conductive hole comprises a first conductive blind hole, and a third conductive blind hole aligned with and electrically connected to the first conductive blind hole. Each one of the second conductive hole comprises a second conductive blind hole, and a fourth conductive blind hole aligned with and electrically connected to the second conductive blind hole. Abstract: The present invention provides uses of chlorogenic acid in the preparation of medicaments for treatment of oligodendroglioma. Chlorogenic acid according to the present invention has an inhibitory action against oligodendroglioma, and can inhibit the growth of brain tumor stem cells, thus can partly substitute chemoradiation. Chlorogenic acid can alleviate the unwell response of patients caused by chemoradiation, and become a new medicinal therapeutic means and choose for treatment of oligodendroglioma.

Abstract: A method for measuring a carrier in deactivated state is provided in this invention, comprising receiving a configuration mode that does not take effect immediately by a user terminal UE; if a deactivation control signaling for a carrier is received by the UE or if a carrier timer of the UE expires, switching the carrier from activated state to deactivated state, and measuring the carrier in deactivated state by the UE; or if an activation control signaling for a carrier in deactivated state that is being measured is received by the UE, terminating measurement of the carrier in deactivated state by the UE. Through controllable deactivated carrier measurement, the UE reduces battery power consumption and improves system performance. This invention also discloses an apparatus for measuring a carrier in deactivated state and a base station.

Abstract: A pressure disk includes spring receiving portions for mounting coil springs that are elastically installed between the pressure disk and a clutch center. The spring receiving portions are aligned circumferentially on the outside in a radial direction with respect to an oil take-in hole. The spring receiving portions are provided with a supply hole in a side surface portion thereof toward the inside of the pressure disk. The supply hole introduces the oil supplied from the oil take-in hole. The spring receiving portion includes a discharge hole which discharges to the outside the oil introduced in the spring receiving portion. An inside cylindrical portion of the clutch center includes communication holes communicating with the outside.

The elastic member is compressed by an oil inside the cylinder into a compress status in a room temperature environment. In a low temperature environment, the volume of the oil is decreased, and the elastic member resumes its original status to fill up the space of the cylinder caused by the decreased volume of the oil, to maintain a stable oil pressure inside the cylinder. When the seat cushion lifting and adjusting device is used in a low temperature or room temperature environment, the height of the seat cushion can be adjusted successfully to maintain a stable use of the bicycle seat cushion lifting and adjusting device.

Abstract: Pyrazolopyrimidone and pyrrolotriazone derivatives, methods of preparation thereof, and pharmaceutical uses thereof are described. Specifically, pyrazolopyrimidone and pyrrolotriazone derivatives represented by the general formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are described. The pyrazolopyrimidone and pyrrolotriazone derivatives are useful as gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonists, such as for therapeutic agents for endometriosis.
