Abstract: An inter-manycore communications method includes applying, by a service manager process, to a microkernel operating system for shared memory, and mapping shared memory, which is allocated by the microkernel operating system, to virtual address space of the service manager process; receiving and recording a service identifier of a system service process and a second shared memory address that corresponds to the service identifier; searching, according to a service identifier carried by a system service request, for the second shared memory address that corresponds to the service identifier carried by the system service request; and sending the service identifier carried by the system service request, a first shared memory address, and the second shared memory address that corresponds to the service identifier to a user process. According to the method, a problem that communication between a user process and a system service process needs multiple context switches can be solved.
Abstract: The present invention provides a pigment dispersant that exhibits high fine dispersibility, stability, and fluidity in a small amount, a pigment dispersion liquid including the pigment dispersant, and a process of producing the pigment dispersant and pigment dispersion liquid. The pigment dispersant contains as a main component, a graft copolymer formed through living radical polymerization using two or more monomers including a methacrylate A having an acidic group or a basic group and a methacrylate-based macromonomer B having a methacrylate residue at one terminal of a particular polymer chain that has a molecular weight of from 500 to 5000. A ratio of a total molar number of the methacrylate-based monomers relative to 1 mol of a polymerization-initiating compound in the raw material monomers is from 20 to 50 mol. A ratio of the B component-derived polymer chain to the graft copolymer is from 50 to 90 mass %.

Abstract: A dyeing device dyes a resin body by vaporizing and depositing a sublimation dye adhered to a dyeing base to a resin body and fixing the dye to the resin body. The dyeing device lowers the pressure inside a closed chamber that closes the periphery of the resin body by a pump. In the state where the adhesion surface of the dyeing base to which the dye is adhered faces the resin body without contact, by heating the dye adhered to the dyeing base inside the closed chamber of which the pressure is lowered, the dye is sublimated, vaporized, and deposited on the resin body. The pressure inside the closed chamber is raised higher than the pressure at the vaporizing and depositing time. By irradiating the resin body on which the dye is vaporized and deposited with electromagnetic wave, the resin body is heated and the dye is and fixed.
Abstract: There is provided a semiconductor device comprising a group III nitride semiconductor layer; a gate insulating film formed on the group III nitride semiconductor layer; and a gate electrode formed on the gate insulating film. The gate insulating film comprises a first film that is placed on the group III nitride semiconductor layer, includes silicon and has a higher crystallization temperature than a crystallization temperature of aluminum oxide; and a second film that is placed on the first film and contains aluminum oxide. The first film has a hydrogen concentration of not lower than 1×1021 atoms/cm3, a nitrogen concentration of not lower than 1×1019 atoms/cm3 and a carbon concentration of not lower than 1×1019 atoms/cm3. This configuration prevents crystallization of aluminum oxide.
Abstract: A medical image registration method includes determining whether a reference point of registration is present in a first medical image and a second medical image of an object; in response to determining that the reference point is not present in one of the first medical image and the second medical image, estimating a virtual reference point corresponding to the reference point in one of the first medical image and the second medical image, in which the reference point is not present, by using anatomical information of the object; and registering the first medical image and the second medical image by using the estimated virtual reference point.

Abstract: An error model-based multi-zone sound reproduction method includes arranging a speaker array, and setting control points for a bright zone and a dark zone. The bright zone is a zone requiring the generation of an independent sound source. The dark zone is a zone not requiring the generation of an independent sound source. The method further includes conducting probability distribution modeling on the speaker frequency response errors. The method further includes, according to the error distribution model, respectively listing expected average sound energy expressions of the bright zone and the dark zone and a frequency response consistency constraint expression of the bright zone. The method further includes calculating a time-domain impulse response filter signal of each channel according to the time-domain sound energy contrast control criterion of the frequency response consistency constraint.
Abstract: An apparatus of mass flow controlling for use in an integrated gas delivery system, comprising an input terminal, a sensor unit, an electromagnetic valve, and a control unit. The control unit comprises an A/D converter, a microprocessor, and a valve control circuit. The A/D converter converts a flow rate setting signal inputted by the input terminal into a first digital signal, and converts a flow rate detection signal outputted by the sensor unit into a second digital signal. The microprocessor further comprises a control module and a calculation module. The valve control circuit opens the electromagnetic valve according to the first control signal only, and further regulates an openness of the electromagnetic valve according to the first control signal and the second control signal. It is concluded that response time of the mass flow control apparatus of the present invention is shorten, and control quality is improved.

Abstract: A method of forming an amorphous carbon monolayer (ACM) and an electronic device including the ACM are provided. The method includes forming the ACM on a surface of a germanium (Ge) substrate via a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process. The CVD process includes injecting a reaction gas including carbon-containing gas and hydrogen (H2) gas in to a reaction chamber containing the Ge substrate, wherein a partial pressure of the H2 gas in the reaction chamber may range from 1 Torr to 30 Torr.
