Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a substrate having test line letters that are used to identify a test line on an integrated chip, while avoiding contamination of high-k metal gate processes, and a method of formation. In some embodiments, an integrated chip is disclosed. The integrated chip has a semiconductor substrate. A test line letter is arranged over the semiconductor substrate. The test line letter comprises a positive relief that protrudes outward from the semiconductor substrate in the shape of an alpha-numeric character. One or more dummy structures are arranged over the semiconductor substrate. The one or more dummy structures are proximate to a boundary of the test line letter.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a three-dimensional package structure which can achieve a relatively high utilization of an internal space thereof, so that a size of electronic package structure can be reduced. The three-dimensional package structure comprises a first electronic component, a plurality of second electronic components and a plurality of conductive patterns. The first electronic component has a top surface and a bottom surface. The plurality of second electronic components are disposed over the top surface of the first electronic component. The plurality of conductive patterns are disposed over the plurality of second electronic components to electrically connect the plurality of second electronic components and the first electronic component.

Abstract: In a semiconductor device including an oxide semiconductor, a change in electrical characteristics is suppressed and reliability is improved. A miniaturized transistor including an oxide semiconductor is provided. A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device including an oxide semiconductor film includes the following steps: forming an oxide semiconductor film; forming an insulating film over the oxide semiconductor film; forming a conductive film over the insulating film; forming a first protective film over the conductive film; and forming a second protective film over the first protective film. The first protective film, the conductive film, and the insulating film are processed using the second protective film as a mask. After the second protective film is removed, the conductive film and the insulating film are processed using the first protective film as a mask to have a smaller area than that of the second protective film.

Abstract: A test probe card detection system includes a linear scanning lens module, a CCD microscope module, a CCD image adjustment module, and a computer. The CCD microscope module adjusts and confirms a scanning optical focal length of a test probe card to be tested. The linear scanning lens module scans all areas data of the test probe card and stores the scanned all areas data in a database. The all areas data is compared with a coordinate file in order to detect defected pins of the test probe card. The CCD microscope module confirms and obtains data of the detected defected pins of the test probe card. The data of the detected defected pins is sent to the CCD image adjustment module and are shown on the computer. The defected pins include pins having surface oxidation, wear, damage, and breaking; lacking of pins; and deflected pins.

Abstract: A disclosed touchscreen display device includes a display panel with data lines, gate lines, and N×M subpixels arranged in a matrix of N subpixel rows and M subpixel columns, and respectively connected to the corresponding data lines and the corresponding gate lines, where N and M are each a natural number greater than or equal to 2. The display device also includes touch electrodes. The display device is configured to provide a scanning signal to the gate lines connected to the N subpixel rows in a first sequence during an ith frame and in a second sequence different from the first sequence during an (i+1)th frame, where i is a positive integer. Each of the ith frame and the (i+1)th frame is configured to include at least one display driving mode section and at least one touch driving mode section.

In an engine in which a plurality of independent exhaust manifolds is respectively connected to a supercharger, end parts of the exhaust manifolds are coupled to each other by one or more coupling pipes, an on/off valve that brings the exhaust manifolds into an independent state is provided each of in the coupling pipes, and the coupling pipe is configured such that a part including the on/off valve or the on/off valve is detachable from the exhaust manifolds.

Abstract: Non-ionic photo-acid generating (PAG) compounds were prepared that contain an aryl ketone group having a perfluorinated substituent alpha to the ketone carbonyl. The non-polymeric PAGs release a sulfonic acid when exposed to high energy radiation such as deep UV or extreme UV light. The photo-generated sulfonic acid has a low diffusion rate in an exposed resist layer subjected to a post-exposure bake (PEB) at 100° C. to 150° C., resulting in formation of good line patterns after development. At higher temperatures, the PAGs can also undergo a thermal reaction to form a sulfonic acid. The perfluorinated substituent provides improved thermal stability and hydrolytic/nucleophilic stability.

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of display, whereby the technical problem of dark spots existing at the corners of the liquid crystal display device in the prior art can be solved. Abstract: A media playback method and apparatus, and a recording medium for storing program sources of the method, and the media playback method of playing media in a media device in sync with at least one other media device are provided. The method includes determining a media playback time based on a communication delay time with each of other media devices with which a communication channel is established, generating a media playback command message for each of the other media devices based on the determined media playback time and the communication delay time with each of the other media devices, transmitting the media playback command message to the other corresponding media device, and performing media playback at the media playback time. The present invention has an advantage of playing back the same media in multiple media devices, synchronously.

Abstract: The present disclosure recites a network address allocation method which including steps: calculating a preset number Npre of the addresses of the network according to a number L of layers of the network; comparing Npre with a maximum number N of the addresses of the network; calculating a maximum available number Cmax of the sub-nodes of each node and a maximum number NA of the network address to be allocated in the network according to the compare result of the Npre and the N; calculating the addresses Cskip(i) of the nodes of the layer i to be allocated according to Cmax and NA, wherein i is in the range of 1˜L; allocating Cskip(i) to each node of the layer i of the network. The present disclosure also provides a Network device for Network address allocation.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and a device for ONU overall rate limiting. The method includes: receiving a multicast program sent by a multicast program server; making N+M copies of the multicast program; sending N copies of the multicast program to N passive optical network PON ports that request the multicast program on demand; and sending M copies of the multicast program to M ONU rate limiting units corresponding to M ONUs that request the multicast program on demand, discarding the M copies of the multicast program. In the method, after the rate limiting is performed on the multicast program, the multicast program is discarded, so that real-time rate limiting is performed on each ONU without affecting bandwidth of a PON.

Abstract: A network service method based Software Defined Networking (SDN) assigns forwarding devices according to network addresses and identification of a client and provides the client with an optimum route according to user requirements and current network states. A continuous monitoring process is continuously performed for route optimization based on network states, topology variations, and user feedbacks.
