Abstract: The present disclosure provides, inter alia, methods and compositions for differentiation of pluripotent stem cells and derived hematopoietic lineage cells including hemogenic endothelial cells, hematopoietic progenitor cells and natural killer cells. The differentiation efficiency for the hemogenic endothelial cells, the hematopoietic progenitor cells and the natural killer cells can be improved by using the methods and compositions of this disclosure described herein.

Abstract: A powertrain, a control apparatus, and a motor control unit. The powertrain includes a drive motor and a transmission device. The transmission device disconnects a transmission connection between the drive motor and a wheel based on a result of a comparison between a temperature or a viscosity of a lube oil and a preset parameter value, and a rotational speed of the drive motor varies with the result of the comparison between the temperature or the viscosity of the lube oil and the preset parameter value. The drive motor stirs the lube oil through idling, to make the temperature of the lube oil rise rapidly. The powertrain, the control apparatus and the motor control unit provided can improve fluidity of the lube oil at very low temperatures, so that a lube oil pump can be started smoothly.

Abstract: A vehicle control device and a vehicle control method thereof are provided in the disclosure. Whether an autonomous driving assistance device, a steer-by-wire device of a vehicle, or a power supply of the vehicle has malfunctioned are determined. When it is determined that the autonomous driving assistance device, the steer-by-wire device, or the vehicle's power supply has malfunctioned while the vehicle is executing autonomous driving, vehicle weakening control is executed. In response to malfunctioning of the autonomous driving assistance device, the steer-by-wire device, or the power supply of the vehicle, and whether the vehicle switches to manual driving mode, target vehicle speed limit of the vehicle is adjusted.

Abstract: A parking assistance device causes a vehicle to automatically travel based on a travel path in a parking operation in past by a driver, and includes a memory and a processor coupled to the memory. The processor is configured to: acquire at least one of environmental information concerning environment around the vehicle and user information concerning a user who gets on the vehicle; cause the memory to store a plurality of travel paths in association with at least one of the environmental information and the user information; specify a travel path on which the vehicle automatically travels based on at least one of the environmental information and the user information among the stored plurality of travel paths; cause a display unit to display information for urging the driver to approve the specified travel path; and cause the vehicle to travel based on the travel path approved by the driver.

Abstract: In a method for in-situ U-Pb dating of heterogeneous minerals, a target mineral is separated and purified by carrying out data analysis, extraction and enhancement on original mapping data. The method highlights distribution features of dating indexes (U content, Pb content, Pb206/U238 ratio, Pb207/U235 ratio and Th/U ratio) in a target mineral phase with a noise data processing technology, and more intuitively displays a favorable dating portion and a crystal growth change trend of the dating mineral. Further, a fine spot design is provided for high-precision dating analysis in a later stage. A plurality of geological events experienced by a heterogeneous mineral crystal in a growth process is accurately limited, so as to invert the mineral formation history which provides the basis for better study of mineralogy, mineral geochemistry and mineral geochronology. It is hence a novel indispensable auxiliary means of mineral geochronology and an auxiliary method for mineral exploration.
