Abstract: A reliable, compact receptacle connector including a main shell enclosing a terminal assembly having terminals held by a housing. The housing has a tongue holding terminal mating ends and a rear portion disposed outside the main shell. An outer shell is disposed outside the main shell. The outer shell and the rear portion of the housing have complementary features engaging each other to restrain relative movements in a mating direction. An inner shell conforming to a portion of the housing engages inner surfaces of the main shell. The inner shell and outer shell are welded to the main shell, respectively. A front seal made of an adhesive can be shaped and cured when disposed on a rough portion of the main shell. A rear seal can be disposed in the main shell and join the rear portion of the housing with the housing portion inside the main shell.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an antibody-drug conjugate intermediate containing SN38 and a preparation method thereof, comprising introducing a biologically active water-soluble group PEG into its linker and structurally modifying PEG. The preparation method is simple in steps and cost-saving, and does not introduce heavy metal ions in reactions with higher environmental friendliness. Moreover, the antibody-drug conjugate intermediate synthesized by the preparation method has higher stability and efficacy compared with antibody-drug conjugate intermediates with SN38 as toxin in the prior art.

The device includes a feed portion which mixes an input signal with previously generated and controllably attenuated portions of an output signal. The device further includes one or more propagating stages coupled to the feed portion. Each propagating stage propagates signals through a loop in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions, for example to be affected by nonlinear elements. The arrangement of the photonic device causes a nonlinear activation function to be realized by the propagating stages. The nonlinear activation function may be adjustable by adjusting various controllable elements in the device.

The surgical robot is suitable for few-port or single-port surgery. By controlling its terminal mechanism, interferences of end components are avoided, control accuracy is improved, and stability and availability is ensured.
