Abstract: Disclosed are a fabrication method for a superconducting circuit and a superconducting quantum chip. The fabrication method includes: determining, on a substrate, a first junction region located between a first electrical element and a second electrical element, and a second junction region located between a first conductive plate and a second conductive plate that are formed in advance; forming a Josephson junction in the second junction region; detect an electrical parameter of the Josephson junction, and determining whether the electrical parameter is within a target parameter range; if yes, separating the Josephson junction through cutting, and moving the Josephson junction to the first junction region; and forming a first connection structure connecting the first superconducting layer to the first electrical element and a second connection structure connecting the second superconducting layer to the second electrical element.

Abstract: A probe card includes: a plurality of conductive contact probes; a probe head configured to accommodate ends of the plurality of contact probes; a laminated member laminated on the probe head on a side opposite to a side of the probe head; and a fastening member including a screw and a nut configured to fasten the probe head and the laminated member to each other, the screw including a head provided on the side of the probe head in which the contact probes extend outwardly, and a shaft inserted through the probe head and the laminated member, the shaft extending and having a diameter smaller than a diameter of the head. The shaft is fixed to the probe head, is threadedly connected to the nut on an end side opposite to the head side, and is configured to fasten the probe head and the laminated member to each other.

Abstract: Radio equipment, a resource management method, and a communication system are provided. The radio equipment in the communication system can be connected to a plurality of radio equipment controllers, and the radio equipment can obtain a carrier establishment request from one of the plurality of radio equipment controllers, and determine, based on the carrier establishment request, a physical resource used to establish a carrier. Because at least two radio equipment controllers correspond to different physical resources in the radio equipment, the radio equipment can determine, based on the physical resource determined based on the carrier establishment request and the physical resources corresponding to the radio equipment controllers in the radio equipment, whether to establish the carrier. Therefore, when the plurality of radio equipment controllers share same radio equipment, flexibility of managing the radio equipment by the radio equipment controller can be improved.
