Abstract: A high-voltage super junction device is disclosed. The device includes a semiconductor substrate region having a first conductivity type and having neighboring trenches disposed therein. The neighboring trenches each have trench sidewalls and a trench bottom surface. A region having a second conductivity type is disposed in or adjacent to a trench and meets the semiconductor substrate region at a p-n junction. A gate electrode is formed on the semiconductor substrate region and is electrically isolated from the semiconductor substrate region by a gate dielectric. A body region having the second conductivity type is disposed on opposite sides of the gate electrode near a surface of the semiconductor substrate. A source region having the first conductivity type is disposed within in the body region on opposite sides of the gate electrode near the surface of the semiconductor substrate.

Abstract: A service control method for a machine type communications (MTC) device and a related apparatus are provided. The method includes receiving, by an access-network network element, a paging request message from a core-network network element, wherein the paging request message carries device type indication information of a paged user equipment (UE); determining a device type of the UE according to the device type indication information of the UE; and if the UE is an MTC device, performing the following service operations: paging the UE by using a dedicated paging resource allocated to an MTC device, or determining whether the UE is an MTC device allowed to be accessed in a service control policy, and paging the UE if the UE is an MTC device allowed to be accessed in a service control policy, or determining not to page the UE, and sending a paging reject message to the core-network network element.

Abstract: A load-bearing roller for conveying items includes an outer cylinder and a transmission assembly. The transmission assembly includes a bushing rotatably mounted in an end of the outer cylinder, a transmission member, and a retracting member. The transmission member includes a transmission wheel and a toothed gear non-rotatably coupled to the transmission wheel. The transmission wheel is positioned outside the outer cylinder. The toothed gear is positioned in the bushing. The retracting member is mounted in the bushing. A free end of the retracting member engages with the gear teeth to urge rotation of the bushing and the outer cylinder. When the roller is jammed or prevented from rotating, the retracting member retracts over the teeth of the toothed gear so as to prevent overload of a prime mover. The disclosure also includes a conveying device using the load-bearing roller.

In this way, the first permission that the first application program requires during running is granted to the first application program.

Abstract: A slide unlocking method for a touchscreen device under a screen locking state is provided. The method includes steps of: sampling a track generated by the sliding of a user's finger on a touchscreen, and sequentially acquiring a plurality of sampling points; acquiring a first sampling point and a last sampling point of the track, and calculating a transverse sliding distance and a longitudinal sliding distance of the finger on the touchscreen; and unlocking the touchscreen when the transverse sliding distance is greater than or equal to a first preset distance and the longitudinal sliding distance is less than or equal to a second preset distance; otherwise, keeping the screen in the lock state. In this way, the present invention increases the degrees of freedom of a user's operation, so that a user can conveniently perform unlocking in a special usage scenario.
