Abstract: Disclosed is a thin film transistor that includes a gate electrode, a semiconductor overlapping with the gate electrode, a source electrode that is electrically connected to the semiconductor, a drain electrode that is electrically connected to the semiconductor and faces the source electrode, and a stacked gate insulating layer that is positioned between the gate electrode and semiconductor. The stacked gate insulating layer includes an aluminum oxide layer. A method of manufacturing the same and a display device including the thin film transistor are also disclosed.

Abstract: A message transmitting method of a communication device, the communication devices stores an information matching table. The information matching table includes a telephone directory column recording a plurality of predetermined telephone numbers and a message column recording a plurality of predetermined messages in advance. When an incoming call is received, whether a phone number of the incoming call is recorded in the telephone directory column of the matching information table is determined. If the phone number of the incoming call is recorded in the telephone directory column, a prompt message stored in the information matching table is determined as a prompt message to prompt a user according to the phone number of the incoming call.

Abstract: A printed circuit board (PCB) includes a ground layer, a first layer, a second layer, a connector footprint, and a pair of differential signal lines. The connector footprint comprises first and second bonding pads. The PCB defines a first signal via in a central portion of a space bounded by the first bonding pad, and a second signal via in a central portion of a space bounded by the second bonding pad. A number of first ground vias on the first bonding pad and a number of second ground vias on the second bonding pad are electrically connected to the ground layer. First annular slots surrounding corresponding first ground via are defined in the ground layer. Second annular slots surrounding corresponding second ground vias are defined in the ground layer. Connection slots are defined in the ground layer and communicate between the first annular slots and the second annular slots.

Abstract: An outlet mechanism with pulsatile splash has a main waterway comprising an inlet waterway, two branch waterways and two back-flow waterways; the two branch waterways communicate with the outlet end of the inlet waterway and are arranged symmetrically with respect to the inlet waterway. The outlet directions of the outlet ends of the two branch waterways intersect; the two back-flow waterways are arranged symmetrically with respect to the inlet waterway, and one end of the back-flow waterway communicates with the branch waterway. Another end of that communicates with the inlet end of the inlet waterway. Part of water in the branch waterway is returned to the inlet end of the inlet waterway by the back-flow waterway. The remain water in the two branch waterways intersect when water comes out of the outlet, so that the left-and-right-swing outlet effect, and then the pulsatile splash outlet effect are generated.

Abstract: A glue dispensing apparatus includes a container, a glue dispensing head and a heating unit. The container receives glue, and the glue dispensing head is connected to the container. The heating unit is mounted on the container. The heating unit includes a temperature sensor, a heating component, and a controller electrically connected to the temperature sensor and the heating component. The controller compares the temperature of the glue with a predetermined temperature range, controls the heating component to heat the glue when the temperature of the glue is equal to or less than a lower limit of the predetermined temperature range, and controls the heating component to stop heating when the temperature of the glue is equal to or greater than an upper limit of the predetermined temperature range.

Abstract: One embodiment provides a vehicle brake hydraulic controller including a wheel speed acquiring section; a wheel deceleration calculator; a vehicle velocity calculator; and a locking tendency determination section. The vehicle velocity calculator calculates a vehicle deceleration based on a temporary vehicle deceleration corresponding to an acceleration sensor value and calculates a vehicle velocity based on the calculated vehicle deceleration. The vehicle velocity calculator calculates the temporary vehicle deceleration by offsetting a first correction amount to a deceleration side in relation to the acceleration sensor value. When a brake pedal operation amount by a driver is equal to or smaller than a first threshold and that an absolute value of the wheel deceleration is equal to or larger than an absolute value of a second threshold are met, the first correction amount is set to be smaller than when the conditions are not met.

Abstract: A package includes a body with a key position and a lock position on one side thereof, and multiple positioning members on the other side of the body. The positioning members position a card. The body has at least one installation hole which has at least one contact portion. A hasp has at least one contact member. When the hasp extends through the at least one installation hole, the contact member is engaged with the at least one contact portion. The shackle of the lock is connected to the hasp and the hasp is adjustable relative to the installation hole according to the size of the lock. The body and hasp are modularized so as to be cooperated with different locks and reduce manufacturing cost.

A thermally insulating strip is defined between two adjacent rows of slits. A stretchable rib is formed between two adjacent slits in the same row of slits. Each end of the plane sheet is a coupling portion free of the slits.

Abstract: A heat dissipation structure of lighting devices is disclosed, which comprises a light emitting mechanism; a carbon nanoparticles which have hexagonal carbon ring geometry based heat dissipation unit, combined with an end of the light emitting mechanism; and a socket, electrically connected to the light emitting mechanism, and combined with an end of the carbon nanoparticles which have hexagonal carbon ring geometry based heat dissipation unit. As such, a thermal transmission efficiency is promoted, a thermal transfer bottleneck is effectively decreased, heat sink is never necessary, a heat dissipation cost is largely reduced, a volume and weight of the device is reduced, and a waste of the raw material, carbon, and energy consumption can be reduced.

According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the DC acceleration (in particular, gravity acceleration) can be measured by using the change in the spring constant without changing the structure of the inertial sensor including the piezoelectric material of the prior art.

Abstract: Disclosed is a handwriting recognition system with a plurality of input modes, including a storage unit, a touch screen display unit, and a processing unit. The storage unit stores character fonts; each of the character fonts corresponds to at least one of the input modes. The touch screen display unit includes an input panel having at least two input areas located thereon; each of the areas inputs data in one of the input modes. The processing unit judges an input set of touch signals to recognize a character input by handwriting in one of the input modes, according to a position on which one of the input areas, which position corresponds to at least one of the set of touch signals. The character is represented by the set of touch signals. A handwriting recognition method applicable to an electronic apparatus with a plurality of input modes is also provided.

Abstract: An apparatus for detecting a source code error location in a mixed-mode program is disclosed. The apparatus may include a compiler, a mapping table generator, a simulator, a comparison data generator and an error location detector. The apparatus extracts low-level data while simulating a verification program and while simulating a reference program. The low-level data is mapped to mapping tables for a verification program and a reference program, and by comparing the tables it is determined if there is an error in the mixed-mode program and if so, where.
