The circuitry includes circuits and electrochemical sensors connected to the circuits; the circuits include a reference voltage circuit, a potentiostatic circuit, and a micro-signal measuring circuit; on-off switches are provided on corresponding circuits. A test device and a detection method which use the circuitry can effectively reduce signal noise, reduce fluctuation of detection signals during a detection process, and improve the precision and accuracy of sample detection results.

Abstract: A lifting device includes: a lifting mechanism configured to move up and down a placement portion on which a conveyed object is placed; a distance sensor configured to output a detection signal indicating a distance to a surface to be detected of a moving object in a state of being located above the surface; a support member configured to support the distance sensor; a movement mechanism configured to move at least a part of the support member between a measurement position where the distance sensor is located and a retraction position where the distance sensor and the support member are deviated from above the moving object; and a lifting controller configured to control the lifting mechanism such that the placement portion is aligned with the moving object at a position where the conveyed object is allowed to be transferred in a lateral direction based on the detection signal.

Abstract: The present invention is a single crystal pulling apparatus which includes a pulling furnace having a central axis and a magnetic field generating apparatus having coils, and applies a horizontal magnetic field to a molten semiconductor raw material, wherein the coils are saddle-shaped, two pairs of the coils are provided with the coils of each pair arranged facing each other, two coil axes in the two pairs of coils are included in the same horizontal plane, when a magnetic force line direction on the central axis of the pulling furnace in the horizontal plane is defined as a X-axis, and a direction perpendicular to the X-axis in the horizontal plane is defined as a Y-axis, a center angle ? between the two coil axes sandwiching the X-axis is 90 degrees or less and an inter-coil angle ? between adjacent superconducting coils sandwiching the Y-axis is 20 degrees or less.

Abstract: Provided is a power supply abnormality detection circuit capable of detecting a power supply abnormality using a logic circuit. The power supply abnormality detection circuit includes a preset first dividing circuit part dividing a frequency of an input clock signal by a frequency of a first ratio and output the divided frequency, a second dividing circuit part dividing a frequency of the input clock signal by the frequency of the first ratio when a power supply voltage is a normal voltage, and dividing a frequency of an input signal by a frequency of a second ratio different from the first ratio and outputting the divided frequency when the power supply voltage is an abnormal voltage, and a comparison circuit part performing comparison of two signals of an output signal of the first dividing circuit part and an output signal of the second dividing circuit part.

Abstract: A method for preparing a super junction trench MOSFET, comprising: providing a substrate, and forming a first trench in the substrate; depositing an epitaxial portion of a first stage in the first trench while supplying a doped gas and an etching gas, and performing an epitaxial process after stopping supplying the doped gas and the etching gas, wherein impurities in the epitaxial portion of the first stage are diffused to an upper portion of the first trench and to form an epitaxial portion of a second stage with a gradient concentration by utilizing a high-temperature environment of the epitaxial process; forming a well region, a trench gate, and an active region in the substrate at a periphery of the first trench; forming an interlayer dielectric layer covering the column, the trench gate, and the active region; and electrically leading out the column, the trench gate, and the active region.

Abstract: A new and distinct variety of miniature rose plant, referred to by its cultivar name, ‘KORpot120’, is described. The new variety forms in abundance on a substantially continuous basis attractive, orange-colored blossoms. The vegetation is vigorous, and the growth habit is compact. Attractive semi-glossy foliage is formed. Additionally, the new variety is particularly well suited for growing as distinctive ornamentation in the landscape.

Abstract: Proposed are a process fluid treatment apparatus capable of decomposing ozone in a process fluid more effectively, and a wafer cleaning apparatus and semiconductor manufacturing equipment including the same. The process fluid treatment apparatus treats the process fluid used for cleaning a wafer in the semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and includes a housing having an inner space configured to contain the process fluid, a spray nozzle configured to spray the process fluid containing ozone into the inner space in the form of mist, and a nozzle heater configured to heat the process fluid passing through the spray nozzle.
