Abstract: A printed wiring board has an insulating resin substrate having a first surface and a second surface, the insulating resin substrate having one or more penetrating-holes passing through the insulating resin substrate from the first surface to the second surface, a first conductor formed on the first surface of the insulating resin substrate, a second conductor formed on the second surface of the insulating resin substrate, and a through-hole conductor structure formed in the penetrating-hole of the insulating resin substrate and electrically connecting the first conductor and the second conductor. The penetrating-hole has a first portion having an opening on the first surface and a second portion having an opening on the second surface. The first portion and the second portion are connected such that the first portion and the second portion are set off from each other.
Abstract: Liquid crystal display device and method for driving the same, which has a gate high voltage generating circuit for preventing flickering of a gate high voltage. The liquid crystal display device includes a gate high voltage generating circuit for generating a gate high voltage by using n (where n is a natural number greater than unity) pumping units and supplying the gate high voltage through an output line, and a voltage stabilizing unit for generating a gate high voltage within a range of a highest preset value by using an output voltage of the (n?1)th pumping unit in a case the gate high voltage generated at the gate high voltage generating circuit exceeds the highest preset value.
Abstract: A semiconductor memory device includes a plurality of chips, a data path that is physically shared by the plurality of chips, a data input/output pad, and a data output driver. The data output driver is configured to receive merged data that includes data merged from a set of chip data read from the plurality of chips, compare the merged data to first reference data in a test mode, compare the merged data to second reference data in a test mode, and based on the comparisons, apply an output voltage at a data input/output pad.
Abstract: A backlight unit is provided that may include a plurality of optical assemblies arranged in a matrix form, and a cover to receive the optical assemblies. Each optical assembly may separately include: a light emitting module having a plurality of light emitting devices, a light guide plate, and a cover provided over a portion of the light guide plate. The optical assemblies may include a first optical assembly, a second optical assembly and a third optical assembly. Abstract: A method, system and apparatus for transmitting remote procedure call (RPC) commands are disclosed so that all terminals can be managed by using a protocol or specification in a converged network. The method includes: setting RPC commands in device management (DM) specification information; and transmitting the DM specification information. The system includes: a first device, adapted to: set RPC commands in the DM specification information, and send the DM specification information to a second device; and the second device, adapted to receive the DM specification information from the first device. Abstract: A detected data processing apparatus includes a selecting unit that calculates mutual correlation between a plurality of groups of detected data acquired from a detecting unit that detects an operational state of a circuit board, and then selects as analysis data the detected data of a group whose value indicating correlation with other groups is smaller than a threshold value set up in advance; and a first calculating unit that calculates a first Mahalanobis distance on a basis of a first Mahalanobis space generated by using the analysis data selected by the selecting unit from the detected data obtained when a normal circuit board is operated and on a basis of the detected data obtained when a circuit board of diagnosis target is operated.

Abstract: Methods of manufacturing NOR-type flash memory device include forming a tunnel oxide layer on a substrate, forming a first conductive layer on the tunnel oxide layer, forming first mask patterns parallel to one another on the first conductive layer in a y direction of the substrate, and selectively removing the first conductive layer and the tunnel oxide layer using the first mask patterns as an etch mask. Thus, first conductive patterns and tunnel oxide patterns are formed, and first trenches are formed to expose the surface of the substrate between the first conductive patterns and the tunnel oxide patterns. A photoresist pattern is formed to open at least one of the first trenches, and impurity ions are implanted using the photoresist pattern as a first ion implantation mask to form an impurity region extending in a y direction of the substrate. The photoresist pattern is removed.
Abstract: A method for treating swine feces/urine includes breeding and growing imagoes of Musca Domestica in an environment having a temperature of 18-35° C. and having a humidity of 50-80%. The imagoes of Musca Domestica lay eggs in the environment. The eggs of Musca Domestic are transferred into a cultivating material including at least one product of soybean and/or milk. The eggs of Musca Domestica are bred at a temperature of 20-35° C. until hatching into larvae. The larvae of Musca Domestica are placed on swine feces/urine of a thickness of 4-10 cm at a temperature of 20-35° C. for 2-3 days. The larvae feed on and decompose the swine feces/urine. The swine feces/urine can be decomposed in 5-7 days without causing pollution to the air, water sources, and environment.
Abstract: A printer includes a main body for printing and outputting paper, a bracket attached to the main body, a driving mechanism, and a tray for receiving the paper. The bracket includes two sidewalls. A retaining member is secured to each sidewall. A first spring member is secured between each retaining member and the corresponding sidewall. The driving mechanisms are secured to the sidewalls. Each driving mechanism includes a sliding member slidable on the sidewall. The tray is received in the bracket. The tray has tray posts. The sliding members are slid to bring the tray. The tray posts slide the retaining members from a first position to a second position before passing across the retaining members, and the retaining members are slid from the second position to the first position by rebounding of the first springs after the tray posts pass across the retaining members.

Abstract: In color management apparatus, the generation unit uses the color prediction model, the data of an input color expressed by the device dependent color and data of an output color expressed by the device independent color to generate color profile between the input color and the output color. The obtaining unit obtains a target lightness of the white point which is less than the standardized maximum lightness in the device independent color space. The change unit changes the output color into the device independent color of which the target lightness of the white point is a maximum lightness.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for distributed authorization by anonymous flexible credential are provided. Pseudonym authority issues a root pseudonym to a user. The user may generate large amount of derived pseudonym from the root pseudonym. The user may obtain resource credentials from resource protectors by using derived pseudonyms. The user may select a set of resource credentials, generate a flexible credential from this set of resource credentials and request access to the resource corresponding to the set of resource credentials to a resource protector by using the flexible credential and a derived pseudonym. Revocation list for each resource may be maintained in the system such that any one of resource credentials of any user may be revoked without affecting other resource credentials of that user.
Abstract: An image reading apparatus to automatically determine whether first and second reading units, which are opposed to each other with a document interposed therebetween, are normally operated and a method of controlling the same includes a duplex path to guide the document, which is read by the first reading unit and the second reading unit, to be transported to the first reading unit and the second reading unit again in a state in which the first side and the second side of the document are reversed. The document is subjected to a primary reading operation using the first reading unit and the second reading unit, and the document, which was subjected to the primary reading operation, is then guided via the duplex path and passes through the first reading unit and the second reading unit.

Abstract: A continuous-time delta-sigma digital-to-analog converter (DAC) includes a first delta-sigma modulator configured to quantize a most significant bit or bits of a digital input signal and produce a first quantization error signal, and a second multi-stage delta-sigma modulator configured to quantize less significant bits of the digital input signal. A first DAC is coupled to an output of the first delta-sigma modulator, and a second DAC is coupled to an output of the second noise-shaping filter. The second DAC has a greater resolution than the first DAC. A low pass output filter is coupled to a sum of an output of the first DAC and an output of the second DAC.
