The wafer holder includes a wafer holding surface configured to hold a wafer with a wafer surface oriented substantially vertically downward. The device comprises a first material gas supply pipe configured to supply a first material gas and arranged below the wafer holding surface. The device comprises a second material gas supply pipe configured to supply a second material gas and arranged below the wafer holding surface. The device comprises a gas exhaust pipe configured to exhaust gases and arranged below the wafer holding surface. A distance between the gas exhaust pipe and an axis line passing through a center of the wafer holding surface is greater than distances between the axis line and each of the first material gas supply pipe and the second material gas supply pipe.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method and apparatus for triggering special image effects and a hardware device. The method for triggering special image effects comprises: acquiring an original image from an image source and displaying the original image on a display device; collecting speech in an environment and recognizing the semantics of said speech; triggering a special effects process in response to recognizing predetermined semantics of said speech, the predetermined semantics being preset semantics associated with one or more special effects process; and according to the triggered special effects process, processing the original image to form and display special image effects. According to the method for triggering special image effects in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the image processing effect is triggered by recognition of speech semantics, thereby solving the technical problem in the prior art of inflexible image effect triggering being unable to free up a user's hands.

Abstract: A method for neural network computation using adaptive data representation, adapted for a processor to perform multiply-and-accumulate operations on a memory having a crossbar architecture, is provided. The memory comprises multiple input and output lines crossing each other, multiple cells respectively disposed at intersections of the input and output lines, and multiple sense amplifiers respectively connected to the output lines. In the method, an input cycle of kth bits respectively in an input data is adaptively divided into multiple sub-cycles, wherein a number of the divided sub-cycles is determined according to a value of k. The kth bits of the input data are inputted to the input lines with the sub-cycles and computation results of the output lines are sensed by the sense amplifiers. The computation results sensed in each sub-cycle are combined to obtain the output data corresponding to the kth bits of the input data.

The vibration conductive plate is fixed with the vibration board; the first torus is fixed on a magnetic system, and the second torus comprises a fixed voice coil, which is driven by the magnetic system. The bone conduction speaker in the present disclosure and its compound vibration device adopt the fixed vibration conductive plate and vibration board, making the technique simpler with a lower cost; because the two adjustable parts in the compound vibration device can adjust both low frequency and high frequency area, the frequency response obtained is flatter and the sound is broader.
