    Abstract: An apparatus and method for indicating the rotational speed of a fan is disclosed. An electrical circuit is provided for selectively providing electrical power to a plurality of indicator lights mounted on the fan. The indicator lights are turned on and off in a coded sequence that indicates the speed at which the fan is rotating.
