Abstract: By building a computer model operating on a computerized device that integrates a strategy model and an operations model, it may be possible to better project the impact of implementing business strategies. And by computerized monitoring of the business's status, as indicated by its current financial data in comparison to the projections arising from the computer model, it may be possible to determine whether the business strategies are being successfully implemented. It would also be useful to have an automated system that would automatically notify personnel within a business if the business strategy is not being successfully implemented, allowing those personnel to intercede more quickly to correct problems.
