  • Patent number: 7367199
Abstract: A method for automatically balancing air conditioning outdoor heat exchange detects a piping measured value of each piping equipment through a detection unit and compares the piping measured value with a set operation mode selected by users and a set value. Airflow amount of adjustable air vents is adjustable according to the comparing result. The method includes the steps of: (1) selecting an operation mode, (2) selecting an effective piping measured value which serves as the basis to operate an air fan device, and (3) based on the piping measured value corresponding to each exchange equipment to open the air vents at a desired degree. By means of the aforesaid method and system, the air conditioning outdoor heat exchange system can be balanced automatically.

  • Patent number: 7089997
Abstract: A heat exchanger that uses water liquid and vapor phases transformation to enhance heat exchange performance mainly includes a primary heat exchanger, a water vaporization device and an auxiliary heat exchanger. The auxiliary heat exchanger has an upper heat exchange tube on an upper end and a lower heat exchange tube on a lower end thereof. The upper and lower heat exchange tubes are connected by a plurality of vertical heat tubes. Refrigerant and water serve as heat exchange media to pre-cool (pre-heat) air intake. The auxiliary heat exchanger and water vaporization device can generate liquid and vapor phases transformation to increase water content in the air to enhance heat exchange effect of the air, thereby to enhance heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger, and save energy and reduce thermal pollution.

  • Patent number: 6945324
Abstract: The invention relates to a controlling method of the discharge of coolant medium, and more particularly to a controlling method of the discharge of coolant medium in the heat exchange wind box. By mainly controlling the discharge of coolant medium in the heat exchange wind box, it is able to directly control the volume of discharged coolant medium that supplies the circulation need of the heat exchange tube according to the variations of the target volumes of environmental heat energy in the freezing and air-conditioning area. Therefore, it increases the operation efficiency of the freezing and air-conditioning equipment and achieves the heat balance stability of the freezing and air-conditioning area. Furthermore, by saving the circulated volume of the coolant medium, it achieves the energy saving objective.

  • Patent number: 6510703
Abstract: A method for controlling corresponding energy supply of a heat source unit of a refrigeration air conditioning system based on required energy value calculated from output power value mainly includes a controller coupled with a heat exchanger unit at the refrigeration air conditioning loading side that matches a heat source unit of a refrigeration air conditioning system. The controller includes a power value detection unit to detect the delivered loading power value, and through a center micro processing unit to process air conditioning required energy value which is transferred to a refrigeration air conditioning required energy value calculation unit to accumulate total required energy value. The total required energy value is dynamically fed to a heat source controller to control optimal heat source supply of the heat source unit such that the system is maintained the optimum operation condition to effectively save energy and achieve higher operation efficiency.

  • Patent number: 6504484
Abstract: A control method using power to prevent overheat inside of an electric equipment includes a setting unit, a sensing unit, a central processing unit, an alarm unit, a power cut-off protection unit, and s control unit. The detecting values are supplied by the sensing members of the sensing unit into the central processing unit to be compared with the setting temperature value. The central processing unit then outputs a corresponding control signal to the control unit which controls the loads to perform actions of unload or reload. When the temperature values of the detected members reach the setting temperature values, the central processing unit outputs a control signal to the alarm unit to send an alarm while the power cut-off protection unit cuts off the power of the electric equipment, thereby preventing the detected members from being overheated so as to increase the used lifetime, and thereby assuring the operational functions of the detected members.

  • Patent number: 6397610
Abstract: An air conditioner/heater automatically operates in either air conditioning or heating mode by coil temperatures of indoor and outdoor heat exchangers. In air conditioning mode, the rotating speed of indoor fan motor is proportional to the ambient temperature of corresponding enclosed space, and the rotating speed of outdoor fan motor is proportional to the coil temperature of corresponding outdoor heat exchanger. In heating mode, the rotating speed of indoor fan motor is proportional to the coil temperature of corresponding indoor heat exchanger, and the rotating speed of outdoor fan motor is inversely proportional to the coil temperature of corresponding outdoor heat exchanger. With this automatic switching of operation mode, the capability of heat dissipation of condenser is always larger than the capability of heat absorption of evaporator. Hence, the operation of the air conditioner/heater is maintained at an optimum.
