Abstract: A method of preparing a crystalline thin film having a formula MY2 includes (1) preparing an MYx amorphous film by atomic layer deposition on a surface of a substrate, and (2) annealing the amorphous MYx film at 350° C. or more to provide the crystalline MY2 film. The amorphous MYx film is formed from at least one metal M precursor and at least one element Y precursor, wherein x is 1.5 to 3.1, M is tungsten or molybdenum, and Y is sulfur or selenium. Step (1) includes a) introducing a first metal M precursor or element Y precursor into a deposition chamber, b) purging with inert gas, c) introducing a second metal M precursor when the first precursor is element Y, or element Y precursor when the first precursor is metal M, d) purging with inert gas, e) repeating steps a) to d), and f) obtaining the amorphous MYx film.

Abstract: A motor vehicle includes a first wheel carrier to which is secured without any degree of freedom a rotational shaft of a wheel and which is displaceable between a remote position and a close position. The vehicle also includes a torsion bar including a first attachment point mechanically connected to the first wheel-carrier and a coupling bar securely attached to the chassis and includes, at a free end a coupling, the torsion bar including a second attachment point mechanically connected to the coupling bar in order to move the latter towards the upper position thereof as the first wheel-carrier moves towards its close position and in order to move it downwards as the first wheel-carrier moves towards its remote position.

Abstract: A magnetic ring fixed removably onto a pencil/eraser, with a smaller internal diameter being between 1.5 mm and 3 cm. There is a cylindrical inner face centered on a longitudinal axis and an outer face opposite the inner face. There is a magnetic material distributed in a magnetic layer around the longitudinal axis with the direction of the overall magnetic moment of the magnetic ring parallel to the longitudinal axis. There is an elastic material, distinct from the magnetic material, that is elastically deformable between a rest position corresponding to a first value of the internal diameter of the ring, and a deformed position corresponding to a second value of the internal diameter of the ring. The difference between the first and second values being greater than or equal to 1 mm and the elastic material exhibiting a Young's modulus at 25° C. less than or equal to 1 GPa.

Abstract: A method for detecting a contactless receiver in a field of an antenna of a contactless reader includes during a first ramp interval, exciting the antenna by applying a potential difference comprising a ramp between first and second values of the potential difference, and during a first plateau interval following the first ramp interval, maintaining the potential difference at the second value of the potential difference, while maintaining the potential difference at the plateau, measuring a response of the antenna, comparing the measured response and a reference response, and determining presence of a contactless receiver in the field of the antenna based at least in part on a result of the comparison.
