Abstract: In a system for the exchange of data, including a teleservice terminal apparatus, a user apparatus adapted to exchange data with the teleservice terminal apparatus, a central control unit having access to a public communication network, and a subcontrol unit connectable to the teleservice terminal apparatus and to the central control unit, the teleservice terminal apparatus transmits data of a particular event to the subcontrol unit which includes a first table for a first evaluation of the data and, depending on the result, transmits the data to the central control unit for a second evaluation on the basis of a second table before transmission to a certain user apparatus.
