  • Patent number: 6634921
Abstract: An amusement or stress reduction method and device adapted to dispense gas bags for popping. A strip of material is attached to one end of a tubular container and a plurality of gas bags are inserted serially into the container, causing the strip of material to loop under the plurality of gas bags in a U-shaped manner. The second end of the strip of material is located adjacent to the secured end at the container opening. A user pulls the free end of the strip to forcibly eject one or more gas bags from the container. The bags can then be popped by stomping or the like. Various configurations, markings, and constructions can be used with the gas bags, container, and strip.

  • Patent number: 6385850
Abstract: A razor has a blade unit containing a plurality of spaced blades. The blades are mounted in a manner which enables them to be readily moved apart to provide access to the space between the blades to facilitate the cleaning and removal of any lodged material from between the blades. Upon completion of cleaning, the blades are returned to their original position and are ready to again be used for shaving. A number of exemplary embodiments of the invention are described. Under an additional aspect, the invention is directed to a method of cleaning a multiple-bladed razor. Under the method, the blades are spread apart and the area between the blades is cleaned with a stream of water or the like. The blades are then returned to their original positions for further use in shaving.

  • Patent number: 6318283
Abstract: A method and apparatus for marking fabric in a permanent or semipermanent manner includes a plurality of foam markers which are compressible to a smaller size. Upon release of external pressure, the foam markers expand to their original shape and volume. An insertion tool is provided for inserting the foam markers into fabric. The insertion tool comprises an elongate tubular member which has a marker receiving opening on a first end. A pointed tip is located on the second end of the insertion tool to facilitate insertion of the tool between the threads of the fabric being marked. A marker may be compressed by rolling the marker between a thumb and finger. The compressed marker is then partially inserted into the opening of the insertion tool so that a portion of the marker protrudes from the end of the insertion tool. The tip of the insertion tool is then inserted through the fabric at a desired location.
